I accidentally put a wrong number in my shipping address. My package was returned due to my error; however, the company is going to take care to get my shirt to me. The US Postal Service was only automated and I couldn’t reach a live person to get my order to me. Shops Goda stepped up. Thank you!!!

If your looking for a good company that makes custom shirts, you have found it. This guy's are amazing

I bought two shirts from Godashops.com. Received them about the second week of July by the end of September one of the shirts printing is completely gone! Lasted less than 3 months! I have reached out to them and they will do nothing about it! I will not be buying any thing else from them for sure!

I love my shirt. The names were all spelled correctly. It took about 3 weeks to get my shirt which was fine. I’m so impressed with how cute it turned out.

I love my t shirt and so do my Grandkids. I initially received the incorrect order, but godashops corrected this VERY quickly and I could not be more pleased with the final product and the customer service is outstanding!!

I received my “Nana’s little pumpkins” v-neck and I Love it! I ordered it on September 23rd and received it October 5th. It’s light weight, as I like my shirts to be, and the fit is great, (true to size). I will be ordering more from this company.

I ordered a t-shirt, watched the tracking updates. Was informed my order was returned to sender due to undeliverable address. I live in an area that shows up as two different zip codes, so I contacted customer service was told to contact USPS. USPS said they can't do anything since it was returned to sender. I asked customer service to refund me once the package was returned, because they said they won't reship it.I was told they won't refund me since the original package shipped out, but they can give me 20% off my next purchase. I provided visual proof of my address with the zip code I ordered it with. I've never had this happen, since living here for 17 years. I will dispute charges, however this is very poor customer service. Don't say I didn't warn you.

After posting this 1 star review, I was contacted by customer service. They notified me that they would ship the t-shirt, which I just received. I'm updating to 3 stars for receiving product that I ordered, but I shouldn't had to post a review to get my order.

I ordered a grandma shirt from this business. The description and pictures showed cardinal red. When I received the shirt, it is burgundy. I contacted the company and sent pictures of their website shirt shown showing their description of cardinal red, along with the internet pic and a picture of my shirt to compare to. The nice Customer service lady told me there is nothing they could do because that was true cardinal red. I will not order from this business again because the pics proved that the colors were not the same. And I personally do not like the way burgundy looks on me. The quality of the shirt was great. I will give credit when it’s due however customer service is not!

Ordered a Fathers Day shirt it was great. Ordered another came in wrong size. Unable to talk to a person only email, no answer sent a register letter still no answer. Just want the correct size. I feel like this is no way to run a business without a human customer service.

I ordered a shirt and tumbler for Father’s Day and I had an issue because I hadn’t received my item. I contacted costumer service and was amazed with how attentive and hardworking they were while trying to resolve the issue. The products were great quality and I will definitely be buying from them again!
