I ordered a t shirt (the Papa one with all the grandkids names) for my husband right before Christmas, not thinking it would come in time, and to my surprise it came on Christmas eve! My husband loved it and said it was his best gift. Beautiful work.

They respond very quick and I love there work my shirts for my parents for Christmas look amazing

I previously wrote a negative review about not receiving my item yet, My Item WAS delivered today, just in time for Xmas 😊 So I WAS NOT SCAMMED, it just took longer than expected to arrive. Merry Xmas Everyone !!!

I ordered a shirt on 12/14/22. They immediately charged my card. After 9 days I started worrying my order wasn't going to be here in time. I looked up my confirmation email and it said my order was canceled on 12/21/22. I had received nothing since I ordered the product. I have tried to get in touch with customer service ( I don't think it exists) and just got a confirmation order email that I had already received the day I ordered. Of course they have not refunded my money. I believe this is a huge scam. Do not order from here!!

Update: I never received a single email from you. Everyday I checked my inbox and also my spam folder incase it dropped in there. I would have definately responded with the personalized criteria. It was reviewed and added to my bag. I'm not sure how it was deleted from the order.

I gave a 10mb photo for a custom ornament of my dog and the end result was a partially cut out image from the background.

I should have read these reviews before ordering a gift- but we want to give our loved ones what they ask for. The tracking being "stuck as sent to carrier" for 5 days is concerning enough but upon using their chat (1 of 2 methods of online contact) they stated that I dreamed what the website said ... order today (12/13) and receive by 12/22. Sent to carrier 12/15 and no update on 12/19. Chat was unproductive (and even more unprofessional) and the rep said I would definitely not receive the product before 1/1/23 because it takes 12 business days from date ordered. Date ordered 12/13, 12 business days is definitely before 1/1/23. Also, they stated not to count holidays or weekends- yet 1/1/2023 is a Sunday and a holiday. When I tried to narrow down a date they were confident in, they refunded $7.99 (out of $31.56) from Tee World in Wyoming, although they had me ordering from Godashops in New York. Upon asking about date, product and who the heck I ordered from, they blocked my chat. 4hours later, I received email stating the product was given to the postal service TODAY at 5:52pm (hours after our chat and definitely not shipped out yesterday). Which why would it? They declare no weekends or holidays and yet tried to convince me they shipped the product yesterday. But guess what? The tracking even says ... delivery 12/22!!!! Which is exactly what was listed when I ordered it. Arguing for nothing. Can't answer business information. Refuse to discuss product shipped. And blocked a customer who was not threatening or cursing or anything. Just asked specific questions. 1) what date do they see as 12 business days 2) is the product flat or 3D as advertised and 3) what business am I purchasing from? Tee World in Wyoming or Godashops in NY. That last question makes a huge difference in shipping anticipation and should be easy for them to answer if this is a functioning business at all. Beware! Order elsewhere!

Poor customer service. Ordered a Tshirt and apparently it is lost, we tried contacting Goda several times via email as that is the only option and nothing ...we are beginning to think we have been scammed!

I ordered a t Shirt for my dad... was able to customize it to have G*PA on there by the big hand, and added my 3 kiddos hands; his hand kids. Reasonable price for what I got! And shipping was precise! I did standard shipping, and it was here right at 7 days! And quality is great, size is perfect and he is going to love it!

I RECOMMEND!

Currently waiting for a reply for an order that is stuck in pre shipment for 5 days.... though I got an email from godashops saying it shipped. I emailed them and got no response and there is no phone #. Weird that my order is also saying that the pre shipment label was made in college point queens though they are based in WY... smh. Hopefully this is real and not a scam.

I ordered 2 custom Grandparent shirts. They were delivered in a week! MUCH sooner than I had anticipated! They fit perfectly, and the designs are exactly what I ordered! The material is soft and the colors are brilliant!

I will be buying from Godashops again!

Fast and easy
The site was very easy to use .and the finished product was perfect. And delivered to my door faster than I thought it would be.

When I received my order, I opened the package incorrectly and cut my shirt. I contacted godashops right away, thinking that they might discount another shirt for me. Instead they totally replaced my shirt with a new one. It was just like the beautiful one that I ordered. This is the 3rd shirt that I have from this company. I absolutely love all of them. The colors are vibrant and stay so nice when they are washed. I love this company!

Ordered the shirt with the hand fist bumping and grands hands- we love it! The fit is great, the shirt is soft. We didn’t have to wait a long time for the arrival of the shirt, and best of all the customer service was excellent

I ordered 2 ornaments from GODA and on came back flawless and the other was a little different than anticipated. When I contacted customer service, they were quick to respond and we made the necessary edits to ensure the product was remade. I will update my review upon receipt of the new item, but I fully anticipate to be a happy customer when it is all done! I already have plans to place more orders.

Ordered shirts on November 8, still have not received them. I looked at the tracking status and it states that my package is in Grand Prairie Texas since November 16. It is now the 21st on November. Will be reporting this company to the BBB and filing a claim with my bank. Tried to contact them and they replied but now they are silent.

This is a scam. I ordered Christmas ornaments and they are half the size I expected and poor print quality. Zero stars. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

The ornament is so cute. The picture looked great on it and it was delivered pretty quickly. I was very pleased.

I order a shirt and put the wrong address and the shirt didn't get to me. The team helped me solve the issue and are replacing it with no cost to me. That is good service. I will be ordering from them again. I would recommend anyone to order from this company

I accidentally put a wrong number in my shipping address. My package was returned due to my error; however, the company is going to take care to get my shirt to me. The US Postal Service was only automated and I couldn’t reach a live person to get my order to me. Shops Goda stepped up. Thank you!!!
