Don't trust them ...
I have a chat transcript saying installation is 4-7 days. In fact, it's three weeks. I then asked to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period to be told I must speak to the original agent - how confrontational is that? So I have to speak to the person I blame for the fiasco to cancel it. I assume she has a vested interest by commission, so I suspect this is a hardline tactic to get me not to cancel. An atrocious way to work.

Now we finally have fiber optic, months after installation in Kahwiela Street, Mosta after years promising !
Please note that the problem is still here with us.
I contact it Go several times but with no success unfortunately !
The answer is always something wrong in my equipment or the area box, nothing is wrong in the base system , failure of internet every day
Last speed test was 49% !

Worst company on the islands!! There are currently multiple problems with dealing with them. I have had a near meltdown dealing with Go Plc for the last two months . Since we installed Wifi at my mum's home the internet has gone off once every two weeks on average and their customer support agent's way of dealing with it is asking me to take the box all the way to Qormi, so that we may pick up something temporally . They expect us to do this every two weeks. Their customer care is rude and unhelpful. Always asking for a home number which they never made clear is extremely important when dealing with customer service (otherwise they can not help you) and not even sending the bills to the right email address. pretty ironic for a telecommunication company, they can't even seem to communicate between themselves. They left my ill mother without wifi for 2 weeks straight.Disgusting service !

I'm having an apartment renovated and staying next door while that happens.
They want to charge me €75 to move house from my current address - fair enough.
They then want to charge me another €75 to move literally next door.
That is wholly criminal!
In the third decade of the 21st century, they still haven't got fibre ready in one of the country's major towns, yet in the countryside where I'm currently living, they have it already - albeit only 70Mbps.
I'm going with Melita. They've assured me that fibre is available at my door for less than the pathetic 'up to' 75Mbps (real world, 30Mbps - I know...) that GO can only offer.
They're far more reliable and actually answer questions with answers made up on the spot instead of 'copy & paste' answers from a menu screen.

well my experiance with the installation of pure and true fibre optic internet service FTTH giga is out of this world, speeds and consistantly with ultra low lag is differant ..it breat 5G, VDSL2, Docsis3.1 Melita Network. litterarly leave them in the bay!
the rollout took 3 straight month feom Jannuary to End Of March. and mid Aprill Connection Happened to my Home!
installation went smooth and extremly friendly Bryan the Installer. explained everything how FTTH works.
the network is BRAND NEW!
I wolud like to thank the managment of GO PLC especialy CCO mr Ivankovic, Head Of FIbre Rollout Mr cortis, B.Busuttil, CEO Mr Patil
i reccomend this network to all of thoes who eppreciate the internet and if speed and quality is paramount to them.

almost a year with sloppy internet
almost a year with sloppy internet, like 8-10mbps speed instead of 75mbps that i'm paying for. Reason? they're overloaded and area i'm living in is "too crowded". They've been promising fiber for almost a year, and nothing has been done, yet i'm still paying full price for 1/10th of the service. Forget GO, find elsewhere. at this point even if i opt for nobody and remain without service is a better option, at least i'll still have a fairly thicker wallet at the end of each month

Waiting time is just ridiculous - I’m waiting 2,5 month to install my internet. Contact with customer service via WhatsApp is a nightmare - 10 minutes waiting time for any reply.

I need the internet for my job and to work at home. internet casually would cut for a whole day often. and I have never ever have a call from customer service answered unbelievable really. today I waited on line for 10-15mins 3 different times. your internet sucks, your customer service is even worse. if you can't handle having a company open and making customers happy stop providing internet in Malta. let alone, making fake ads saying it's the best and fastest in Malta. garage wifi from a even more garbage company. thanks bozos
Terrible customer service
I'm abroad and I want to close my account (which is possible), however, they insist I need to be in person in malta to do that, which is absurd. I'm trying to contact them again to find a solution and they simply don't reply. The few times I managed to talk to their Cs, they were extremely rude.

DO NOT CHOOSE THEM! The worst company, bad internet even after upgrade, the worst customer servise. They were not able to upgrade my subscription for 3 whole months - after multiple emails, phone calls!!! even though it should be done within 5 minutes. Moreover, it is almost impossible to get in touch with them on the mobile. They do not care - the only answer is "I don't know what to tell you". I only have bad words to say about them! I'm very frustrated with this company, unfortunately I am stuck with them for some time.

I would like to start this by first of all addressing all the repair vans out there 24/7 repairing to no avail. Second it the worst internet that one can have in Malta especially if you are considering using "Go Wifi". Cannot online game, stream a video, the ping is too high (over 1000). only reason why I am still using Go is because I move a lot, But I am thinking its better to go out and use all other available wifi.
Please think before you apply to their Wifi SCAM and tie you to an at least 1 YEAR contract.
I would have given the rating a 0 star but that is not an option unfortunately

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. If you’re lucky enough to actually get a hold on someone they’re most certain as incompetent as the company. Since march no one from the company has been able(even though they state differently) to correct my bill which states I have to pay 150€ for 3 months of internet - I have the cheapest one (around 26€ a month)
I have been to the store in sliema multiple times where they tell that they’ve fixed it and bla bla bla.. two weeks go by and boom no internet again - and every time you contact go online you’ll have to go through minutes and minutes and minutes of waiting just to get to an employee who only has one solution - go to a main outlet or something.
So I have to pay to get to either Paola, gozo, etc. to fix a problem YOU made? Jesus Christ - I can’t believe this company is still running.

75Mbps internet?!?!?
Over 2 years that have contacted them and since then internet in my area has remained at 75Mbps. Internet that was suitable a couple of years ago. However they do try to convince you that it's like a god-send, go figures!!!

The online system to report a damaged cable was unhelpful and complicated to say the least; at the end I had to visit a Go outlet. On the other hand, after an appointment was scheduled, Go technician Mario Cushchieri Valentino was very professional in his work and went all the way to ensure that service is up and running. He was very nice and helpful....well done Mario.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. They are scammers.
They failed on 3 occasions to provide me with a sim card that works. All be it they said it was a problem at their end.
I Spent Close to 14 Hours trying to be a new customer and they failed at every level.
Then they demanded I pay them 3 months in advance.
Then I struggled to get the money back. I probably have to accept they will not pay it back.
Not one member of staff helped me and said over and over again there is nothing they can do.
I highly recommened EPIC Network who are professional.
