I wish I could rate lower
I wish I could rate lower. Set an appointment to install some cables after they disconnected my Internet out of nowhere then didn't show even after checking in multiple times throughout the day with the support team and have the audacity to say they called even when I show a screenshot of my call history to them.Also cherry on top the time they gave me is 8 am to 4 pm yep that's right 8 hours waiting without knowing if they are coming. Thanks go great customer service and screw the customer!

Daylight robbery
Daylight robbery, they will make me lose 22.31GB because they changed the plan bundles. However I always paid every 12th of each month rolling for my bundle because I never wanted to lose what I have been accumulating every month so I kept paying the 8 EU for my bundle, now that the plan doesn't exists anymore they are taking away everything and told me I have to start from scratch with the new bundles. WOW!!!! At least let me use what I have paid for for the last year or so. Shitty service that's all I have to say!

I work for a foreign company, serving and assisting customers who lives in a foreign country, using one of GO's services (internet connection), yet GO does not offer support to its local customers online 😅 has to be in person. What a joke 😂

Normally I need to pay 66 euro but they want me to pay 127 euro for no reason!

Horrible internet provider
Horrible internet provider. I had only a bad experience with GO. Unlike EPIC, their internet is not as stable, customer support is borderline useless, and they do not care about the customer or their experience. They waste your time by making you go and return equipment to Mosta instead of sending the courier or returning it at the local GO shop. Never again, better go with Epic they offer amazing offers to people looking to renew their internet and also sign a new contract.

Today had appointment to do fiber afternoon from 1pm till 4pm. After I arranged with someone to make me favor cause i m abroad, they decide to tell me when i checked no one call and come house. That they called me no answer. I was all day on phone waiting for there call. Company of lies. Not recommended when contract finish I swap.
Charges vat before you buy
When you top up €5 to pay for your €5 prepay plan, you get €4.81. Why? They take vat off your balance before you make a purchase. And then, the smallest amount you can add to your account is another €5. Its not the cost thsts the problem, its the way that the top up amount is deliberately not enough to pay for your plan.

I'm a new client for less than a week
I'm a new client for less than a week. Yesterday somebody from customer service call me and make me appointment for instalation for today. I told her that there is no ODP on the roof she promise me to check but.. nobody call me back. So the appointment stay. Today the technician come and didn't call me and I receive email that go resheduled my appointment and nobody tell me nothing. I connected with the chat and they told me the same that there is no ODP. they are loosing my time whole day. I took day off for today for nothing. I'm very very disappointed of this company. One week client and I have already a very bad experience. And what now I have to speak again for day off after day make an ODP. My boss will be very happy!!! I can loose my job because nobody inform me and nobody check in the documentation!!!

Exploitative Contracts: Navigating Hidden Charges and Penalties
I was required to adhere to the contract for two years because the employee failed to clarify the penalties for discontinuing the use of the SIM card. Despite being willing to pay the monthly fee of 27 euros, which I currently do, I incurred an additional charge of 60 euros for a few minutes of internet usage due to the exorbitant rate of 12 euros per megabyte. Essentially, the company is exploiting me every month. I'm unable to terminate the contract due to the hefty penalty fee of 200 euros, and now the company is imposing various charges without properly informing users about the high costs of internet usage abroad.

HORRIBLE customer service ! took money out of my account and when i explained that they took it for no reason they were making up excuses and said they wil call me back.. after 4+ weeks waiting they didnt call and left me hanging. had to contact them and still didnt give a refund. DONT TRUST THEM

Their customer service is extremely poor, mirroring the quality of their products. It's advisable to avoid relying on this company. Their support is the worst I've ever encountered. When you call, they say one thing, but if you send a message, they say something completely different. It feels like a group of inexperienced individuals toying with their customers.
Non existent service
It is that I need to give one star because actually this doesn't deserve a star at all. Since February we are having issues with the Wi-Fi connection in our apartment. The TV is not switching on correctly. It's pixelated. The Wi-Fi doesn't work properly so we are informed that there will be fibre. The fibre was installed on the roof in march 2023 it was installed wrongly. It was installed on the front of the apartments on top. Since that moment eight different technicians have been and still the fibre optic is not in the apartment. We receive a call 2 weeks ago, this is September now. I was told Oh sir everything is done but we can only come in 2 weeks time. Today they came. Had a look and said oh sorry the box is in the wrong position. He came and left us again with the same problems. It's only end September now.......
