I've been with Glover and Howe for around 8 years now as a professional photographer and recommend them to all of my colleagues. Key bits of feedback that I find valuable as a customer:

1. I love that I speak to the same small number of people each time I get in touch. It makes me feel like I'm getting a personal service from a small business and that I'm building friendly working relationships with the team there. Everyone I have spoken with is great.

2. I have never had any issues when I have needed to make a claim. They make it clear what the terms of the cover are and if a legitimate claim is made, they are quick and helpful which is so important as these are our work tools so a fast, stress free resolution is very appreciated.

3. They make it easy for me to customise my cover to specific work needs, especially with things like being able to extend cover to items kept in a car or camera truck overnight. These two additions are often things that will pique a photographer's interest when looking for insurers as it's not something that comes as standard with most and it makes our lives easier if we know we have the option of doing this.

I've been with Glover & Howe Photography Insurance for several years, and until recently never had to make a claim. On Monday I made a significant claim for a total loss incident which was handled very promptly and within 4 days I had funds in my account to purchase a replacement camera and lens with. Very fast service and couldn't be faulted. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Really great service and very friendly staff. They have been insuring my camera equipment now for over 5 years. I have made claims and the procedure was fair and I was very happy with the level of service. A great company to have protecting your expensive kit should the worst happen.

I have used Glover and Howe Ltd for a number of years now and I've always received great service, but when Covid hit and like many my business went into a forced shut down, everyone I spoke to at Glover and Howe were so very supportive and helpful, they even got me a reduced policy while all the madness was going on. I am grateful that I have now been able to renew my policy and Rachel was so helpful, wouldn't take the praise either just replying with "It's just my job... Its what we do"
So it's going on here instead, as photographers most of us try to give the best customer service, it's great to get some back....

I have been a client of Glover & Howe for very many years. They have always been incredibly friendly and totally professional. I have just renewed again today. Yes, I have found slightly lower prices but due to my complete confidence in Glover & Howe I choose to stay with them. They always have time for me if I call with any queries. Basically exceptional in every way. I have had a very small claim with them over the years and it was sorted very fast.

I am now retired but I still travel abroad for about 20 weeks pa Covid permitting taking photos. Unfortunately I had two claims last year due to gear being damaged in use. Normally, after some bad experiences else where, I am generally distrustful of insurers, but to my delight and pleasure, Glover and Howe dealt with both claims in a professional manner coming to a fair agreement. I cannot complain.
There are cheaper insurers elsewhere but before taking up their offers, check the reviews as I did. It's no good being cheap, if on a perfectly valid claim , one spends months and numerous emails and telephone calls fighting a claim. I like to deal with professionals I can trust. Hence why I continue to insure my precious camera gear with Glover & Howe.

I'm only small fry in the camera equipment fraternity but G&H have always looked after me perfectly, with friendly courtesy over 25 years and more. When I've needed help and replacements they've come up trumps. When I down-scaled to more Am. than Pro-Am they gave supportive advice. A great Company!

As a professional photographer I have used Glover & Howe for my insurance needs for over the last 20 years. I have always found them very helpful with my business. I would recommend them to all other photographers, which I have on numerous occasions, for their equipment insurance, as well as other needs, such as public liability and professional indemnity. I have dealt with Glover & Howe for several years. They were recommended to me by another professional photographer and I have found them extremely helpful, fair and easy to work with. My one claim with them (which is when you can expect to find out how good your insurance really is) was settled quickly, fairly and surprisingly straightforwardly.
