Excellent, was able to make the appointment very quickly after signing up for the alerts

The appointments started coming through right away. Within 15 minutes of signing up I found an appointment that worked with my schedule. This was a great process. It really helped to relieve some of the stress of scheduling my appointment. Thank you!!

The updates were consistent and timely. It was very helpful to watch for updates to pick the closest office to sign up for Global Entry.

Notices were timely. Quick and easy to get into the scheduling portal. Without the alerts, my customs interview would have been at least one or two months later. The app allows you to take advantage of cancelations to get an earlier appointment.

They took me earlier than my appt !!!

Although I received alerts I was never able to register for an appointment = a waste of time and money

I received many alerts and was able to secure an appointment in Milwaukee rather than having to drive over an hour to O’Hare.

Within an hour and a half of of subscribing, I was alerted of an appointment available one week out, rather than the 4+ months out I had been looking at and signed up for. Definitely worth the cost!

This was by far the best value and experience and results I’ve ever gotten from anything in my life. Within 12 hours, I secured an appointment at a nearby facility and three days later have Completed my Global Entry interview.

It is a shame that after applying for Global Entry for $125 you had to purchase a cancellation alert of $25 to get notified to schedule your interview. There was nothing available for months. Horrible process.

this scheduling and alert system is awful. two stars because i did end up finding an appointment, after 397 text messages about available appointments. in todays day and age, this program could just be a lot better!!!

Found a spot at Charlotte International airport without alerts…missed 3 from alerts at signup…I was fast to click on site when alert sounded and gone when I tried to set up! Alerts did not show me the one I found!
