If you’re in a rush
If you’re in a rush, like I am, this is actually worth it. I wasn’t able to find anything for two months and then within 20 minutes of signing up. I already had an appointment for later this week.

Prompt and quick appointments suitable for my schedule and in enough time for my son to obtain his Global Entry credentials. Because of this notification, I was able to get an earlier appointment before exiting the country. It only took a day.

Worth the money!…

Did not get value
I actually used entry on arrival so the alerts didn't help me but when I got alerts and logged in to accept an interview, there was no way to actually sign up for them at my chosen location. The price was definitely not worth it for me.

The staff was very cordial and helpful! When I was taken back for my interview he answered all my questions before I even asked them and was precise and to point! Very painless and easy procedure! And I drove 4 hours to go there!
