I loved this alert app.. it really helped me get in to my interview quickly

Not sure I would have got the interview scheduled without it

The app does exactly what it claims. But be quick, these openings don't last long.

Easy and quick way to make appointments

The officers were professional and worked swiftly for the appointments and also supported my need for a walk-in appointment.

I was given many options for appointments.

I was able to get my appointment for a much closer location due to the texts letting me know when an appointment became available. Tricky and a little risky because you have to quickly log into your account, reschedule your appointment, and hope that the appointment they texted you is still available. A few times I was not fast enough. If you are not fast enough someone else got the appointment before you and you just lost your original appointment.

The promptness of the alert system was great and the website was very easy to navigate.

Very straightforward and realistic process. The agents were extremely nice and provided all the information needed for Global Entry. Great experience!

I have no proof or record of my transaction and wonder if you are legitimate??

A text briefly appeared on my cell phone that I have an appointment for a global entry interview on March 1, 2025 (at 1:30?) but didn't save it and there no record of it on the global entry website.

Typically I would expect some sort of proof sent to my email.

Not cool.

It was helpful because I didn't have much time before my trip to schedule an interview and didn't have time to monitor appointment cancellations

I was unable to get an appointment at the IAH Houston Airport. Literally NO APPOINTMENTS Available. With your service I found an appointment and have been able to complete my interview and complete the Global Entry Application process.

Quick and easy way to get an appointment. However, I don’t think there should a separate charge. It should be be offered with the application.

Saved my trip! I signed up and got alerts right away. I was able to get an emergency appt just in time before my travels! I will say, its tricky timing it out, you need to be on your computer logged in and ready to schedule as soon as the text comes in but worth the anxiety!

within 1 hour after signing up, I received notifications that appointments were available in my area and the appointments were available within 1 week time frame

The lady who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. The representative was efficient and considerate. I did not have a long wait. It was a wonderful experience compared to being with my friend in Newark New Jersey. She had an appointment, but our flight time was changed because our final destination, Asheville,NC, Airport was closed due to flooding. We had to change our route, therefore she was no longer available for her scheduled appointment.We both felt the greeter was arrogant and abrupt, not really listening to her about her changed situation. We waited about an hour or so, then left. I’m grateful I could just walk in to the office in Miami and wait my turn. Overall, I am very grateful for an easy experience especially after being in transit for 30 hours.
