Hello. Just renewed my kitchen, and finally, to make my wife happy, had to install kitchen splashbacks clear glass. I have contacted 3 companies for the quote 'T' shape, upside down splashbacks clear glass (6 holes) roughly 900mm × 900mm. 2 big companies and third one Glass Outlet to compare the prices. in bigger companies the price a priori higher, but I would like to point out that the average price are +/- will be the same, no matter what type of glass you are interesting or choosen company. I decided to do business with Glass Outlet. and i was very happy with the service. communication with the Mr. Mitul was great and super helpful, in other words - professional, very professional. I will explain, I had quite simple shape and I measured myself, all dimensions were correct. But, after the last discussion, double check the drawing and dimensions, I have made a full payment and I had intensions to forget about glass for about 10 days, when something push me to send the photo-picture in my kitchen where the splashbacks glass will be fitted and, if only I am not mistaken in 10 minutes Mr. Mitul contacted me and advised me to make some changes in final drawing and (you may not believe) these changes reduced the final price by third. initial drawing included CNC - 25mm radius in corner and it's ideal if the cutout edges are visible and more expensive process. in my case cutout edges will be almost invisible and for me was ideal cheaper option, and i missed this nuance. it's not a lot of money in nowadays. but it's pleasure, and was pleasure to work with such decent and professional people. the process took about 10 days, already in my house, Saturday (tomorrow) will be installed. I don't know what to say about quality of the glass I have got, glass like glass, heat resistant (tempered), 6 holes, everything is super, no complaints.I can't recommend them highly enough. Location is congested industrial area. Parking reversing was a nightmare. But glass outlet team were very good to load the glass panes carefully. 5 panes were well packed

Really helpful with my enquiry. provided details for a courier and then provided a great product in the end to match in with our Victorian panes of glass.

Website steps you through the dimensions and offers different types of glass, various finishes (edges and corners), and some additional options available (feet on glass etc). Ordering on the website was therefore really easy.

I had a minor hiccup in the delivery process (partly down to me) but my email had a response within 12 hours, and a solution within 24 hours and for me, this is the most important thing. Mistakes will sometimes happen, but how a company responds is the true measure of how much they value their customer, and Amit and Mitul handled the situation expertly and professionally, and left me feeling really delighted with the glass but more importantly, with the service.

Amazing service and quick turnaround. Highly recommended. I went in with a request for a bespoke mirror size and nothing was too much effort. Properly cut to size and helped with loading the car.

I needed a glass top for a large dining table (3m+) and a large, fitted mirror covering most of the cloakroom wall. Glass Outlet came and did a very professional survey as the nothing is square, and the installation went without any problems.

We’ve used them twice, once for a tempered glass for a custom build PC and once a simple custom mirror.

Both the work were flawless and got it done very quickly and I drove to their office to collect it.
