Got the products now have to see if they work on my hair. Took a week to receive it though. I would prefer the self pick up parcel boxs in the area that's open 24/7.

Bonjour, j’ai effectué une commande de 2 peignes et j’ai récupéré un colis hier. Dans la boîte j’ai une une paire de chaussures. Je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout. Je ne sais pas ce que c’est passé mais je veux recevoir mes 2 peignes que j’ai payé.

- Nous ne vendons pas de chaussures! C'est donc une erreur très improbable
- L'étiquette que vous nous avez envoyé ne correspond pas à celle de votre commande, notre service client vous en a déjà adressé une copie.

Unfortunately they do not have all product ingredients on their website about the Ruka braid hair they sell on their website/platform.
To warn or inform customers.
They leave key ingredients and information out.
And when a person has a l allergic reaction in hours after using the braid hair they don’t cooperate.
Telling the customer to get %15 discount on the next order.
For what… to buy extra hair and get more allergic reaction.

We're sorry you had a bad reaction to Ruka hair and take note of your feedback - we will add more information regarding key ingredients.
As mentioned by our customer service, we have a 14 days return policy for hygiene products such as braiding hair, and can't accept returns or refund as you reached out to us more than 3 weeks after receiving your order.
We understand this is a frustrating situation and hence offered a 15% discount on any products on the website as a gesture.
