My mother is a patient in a hospital. I had notified the hospital reception of the gifts arrival. The gift was left at the back of the hospital where it couldn’t be found . The courier didn’t drop it at the reception area where they were waiting for the package.

Mothers Day
I have used Gifts Direct for years and always been very happy. This year I purchased Mother’s Day gifts for my mother and mother in law on the same day. One was processed and shipped promptly, the other took a full week to be delivered. I reached out to customer support a few days before Mother’s Day expressing my concerns and got a pretty unhelpful auto generated email. It was a disappointing experience.
