Customer service from Maria was excellent. Delivery problem with FedEx in the United States but Maria resolved the issue. She followed up consistently and was patient,professional and courteous during the whole process. The gift was finally received and my 90 years old Uncle was delighted. Thank you Maria.

When Ordering from America
When ordering from America, one is always a bit on edge about the unknowing-ness of delivery: Has the address been written correctly, will the package arrive on time and how long will the service take? Absolutely every concern was resolved with GiftsDirect. There is even a photo of the recipient being handed the gift. Just so happy I found this company and proud they are, like my ancestors, from Ireland!
