Samples
I ordered several samples of protein powder and greens for my husband's Christmas stocking (he's looking for a new one he likes). The pink lemonade greens packet arrived but had had been damaged during packing and spilled everywhere. I reached out to customer service. Ian not only replaced the product but sent more than I had originally ordered. The best part was, from the day I contacted customer service to the day the replacement order was delivered was less than a week. The replacement samples arrived before Christmas so I am still able to include them in my husband's stocking.

Ordered for the first time and even signed up for recurring subscription, so disappointed when my order was delivered to the wrong house . It shows it’s delivered and there’s a picture of the delivery but it’s not my house . Contacted ups and they said they can’t do anything about it , contacted customer support email and no response. The back and forth is not fun makes me want to cancel subscription wondering if I’ll receive I the next time as well

My package was delivered to the wrong address by UPS and i was in shock how helpful Ghost support was. They emailed me back within 30 minutes AND sent me a whole new product replacement for free.

The customer support team assisted me with my order when an item came missing and attachment. Strap on a duffle bag wasn’t attached and in the package. The support team assisted me with correcting this in a quick and friendly manner.

Ghost customer support came through again! I had a question about a product and it was answered, but I had a follow up. Carlos responded almost immediately so I wasn't left hanging waiting days for correspondence. I really appreciated that!

NOTHING beats the Welch’s Grape energy drink! The warheads sour watermelon is a close second. Love drinking these before the gym! Thanks for making a great energy drink with great flavor!

There was a mistake with my order. I reached out to customer service and was STUNNED by how helpful the GHOST customer service was. They were extremely quick in their response and helped me resolved the issue by shipping out the correct product immediately. Shout out to Carol in Customer Service; truly a rockstar.

Amazing customer service
Ordered the Legend V4 Blue Raspberry as that’s my usual flavor for most preworkouts across the board. I’ve had their preworkout powders before but not V4. Not sure if I received a wrong batch, but the taste was terrible. It tasted solely of berry-like plastic and very strongly of a chemical, and it was not diluting well compared to my other brands, even with half a scoop. The after taste was super bitter, chalky, and chemically is the best way I can explain it; it was hard to drink.
I reached out for a return even though I used half a scoop. The return policy states they only allows unused items for returns. I’ve had them before and this was not the quality I was used to tasting. I sincerely asked for any way this could be returned or some sort of help. I was given a one-time exchange / return for my purchase the to the flavor dislike, which I was very appreciative and fortunate to receive.
I went through the return portal which they provided and it was extremely hassle-free. They were super nice and emailed me back quickly each time, and their emails were never a generic copy-paste. They were overall so responsive and helpful and turned this from a frustrating experience to a positive one. I will pass this review along to my close ones and will remain a loyal customer.

Okay, I’m convinced Ghost isn’t just selling supplements and entry drinks; they are selling distinct memories. I took one sip of the Count Chocula Protein and I was literally transported back to my mom’s kitchen, sitting in my pajamas on a Saturday morning. The only difference is now I have biceps.
The flavor game is honestly suspicious—how can ingredients this clean taste this good? The Pineapple BCAAs taste like a tropical vacation, and the Welch’s Intra is pure purple gold.
The energy drinks are delicious and awesome I love the peach, electric lemonade, Welch’s grape and my all time favorite is Swedish fish. (Bring it back please!)
But the real secret ingredient? The service. Specifically, Carol. I’m pretty sure the customer service alone is worth the price of the tub. Carol deserves a raise, a statue, and her own flavor. If you want an essential arsenal for muscle building that actually tastes amazing, Ghost is the only way to go.
