Ghost remains being the true legend

Ghost remains being the true legend! They have the best customer service, best products, and overall best style. I survived off of them through multiple music festivals and this past warp tour, they got me through all the moshing. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try!

Great experience so far

Products are so far so good, only tried three flavours. Cinnabon and cereal milk for whey, and the grape Welch’s. So far great!

Customer service was quick and easy to resolve my issue! Had multiple issues with other company’s and I would never order with them again, so far this is definitely heading int he right direction!

Avoid ordering from this company

Avoid ordering from this company. The customer service is absolutely awful. I ordered some supplements for a birthday via Apple Pay which I do regularly from other companies without an issue and it apparently failed address verification which is fine but the money is yet to return to my bank, when chasing it up with my bank this is an issue with the company for just not bothering to decline or approve it. So I am sat without the money that was for one of the presents, customer service is nothing but patronising and does not given any level of customer care

My name is Cameron, and I’m the Director of Customer Support at GHOST. First and foremost, I want to apologize for your experience with our payment processing system. I reviewed your failed order, and it appears to have failed due to an incorrect billing address associated with Apple Pay.

Rest assured, we’ve released the authorization on our end, and we do not have any of your funds in our system. Refunds can take up to 5–7 business days, and based on your failed transaction, it has only been 4 business days.

That said, if you’re concerned, please reach out to your bank and provide them with the information shown in the screenshot. They should be able to confirm that the authorization failed.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we're working on finding a different payment processing system to enhance our customer experience.

Carol is Awesome!

I placed an order during their 2025 black Friday sale and was notified pretty quickly that an item sold out and there was an error between their system inventory warehouse inventory. While naturally disappointed, I checked the app again just to see if it was in stock in other sizes potentially but saw that they still had the product in the size I ordered. I responded to the email notifying them that the app still showed it in stock, out of courtesy and in case it was actually in stock I would still desire to purchase it. Carol, the customer service representative I was in contact with, was very helpful and quick with her responses. She notified me that they did have it available at another warehouse and that all I needed to do was place another order and they would refund me the shipping cost for the inconvenience. I placed the order but forgot to put thr Black Friday discount promo code and emailed them right away. Carol was able to refund/credit back the amount i would've saved and the shipping, no issues at all. Overall, this experience has only strengthened my satisfaction and loyalty with this company. Their products have very satisfactory, and this customer service experience was legendary as they promote. I feel confident and eager to purchase products from them in the future, knowing that any potential issues can be resolved very easily and seamlessly. Carol was very professional, helpful, kind, and quick with her responses. She has made this overall experience delightful and memorable and has given me one more thing to be thankful for this season.
