From asking google about security cameras to ordering from your site about 5 minutes. One comment however the cost of the waranty was not mentioned on the general pricing page, it should be.

Shortly after I ordered the product I tried to cancel. They got back to me right away advising it had already been processed. The ordered had not been shipped and they wouldn’t cancel my order. It would have saved a lot of time and frustration. So, now I have received the product and trying to return the items. Seems like I have to do surveys and everything else before they provide me returning instructions. I just want a refund and to return the product.

The company recognised the problem promptly, and responded by returning our payment straightaway. When using the web site some of the buttons are very sensitive and it is easy to accept things when just browsing. Anyway alls well that ends well.
