The website is easy to follow and navigate, making the user experience a positive one. On the downside the price of cover is more expensive year on year which is disappointing

We are aware there has been an increase in the rates of Insurance within Ireland, unfortunately this is due to the claims to loss ratio and this in turn increases premiums for all our customers. We do regularly compare the insurance market and find we are in line with all other insurers and do aim to provide our customers with the most competitive quotation we can. As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.
