NO Customer Service phone number
Logging on to my account, having purchased my car insurance from Getsetgo for a number of years, the last policy available to view was from 2020, which meant I could make no changes to my currant policy, to use a substitute car while my own was being serviced. The website was of no help, online chat actually told me it couldn’t help and of course, no contact number! Appalling, so sorry I have already purchased my car insurance with Getsetgo again, this will be the final year ! Not one phone number for customer service help, very poor service.

Our favoured method of contact is via our Live Chat facility, where you can speak with an advisor directly, they can help you with any queries or changes that you may have. However, if the change that you wish to make is impossible for you to do online, they will be happy to arrange a call back request for you with a member of our customer service team Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you.

We are sorry to hear of the dissatisfaction of being unable to make telephone contact with our company.
As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

This is my 3rd year with Getsetgo and…
This is my 3rd year with Getsetgo and they are still unbeaten on price for me. I renewed in Dec 25. I usually go with the pay in full option for the best value. I will stay with them as they value their customers. Other companies have jumped up to ridiculous prices from previous years but not Getsetgo.

They have really poor communacation
They have really poor communacation, they never help and telematics is bad, I have sold my car and wanted to replace vehicle current insurance it was expiring in 2 month they wanted charge me 350 euros I got quation from another insurance company for 1 year full coverage was 580 euros! Be careful with them.
