Excellent customer service

Best platform for RPL
It has been great experience doing my Diploma from here. Very easy process if you have all the right documents to provide on time. I did get the email saying “congratulations for the certificate“ but let’s see how long will it take until I actually get it. RC was really helpful in explaining what documents to provide.

FAIR WARNING
FAIR WARNING! READ BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THEM!
Don't engage with them unless you want to make your life miserable. They are very unprofessional, providing misleading information and making fake promises while scamming people. One word: a very dodgy company.
Long story short, they will use all the sweet talk to get you enrolled in a course but won't provide the service, as the RTO won't comply with them during the process. In the end, you will have to deal with all the hassles.
They will call you every day to pay the course fees, but when it comes to the refund process, they will make all kinds of excuses.
For the last two weeks, they have kept saying that they have approved my refund, but I still haven't received it. After multiple communications, I get the same response, telling me they are processing it.
Finally, after becoming frustrated with all their responses, I have decided to submit a formal complaint to the ACCC and the Ombudsman. Hopefully, they will learn their lesson.
My advice to everyone: just avoid these people.

Having a company in every step of your course
At the beginning I was so pleased to see how supportive are the staff I had Dyan at the beginning of the course then most of the way to the end Regine was my facilitator and both of them were very kind and patient and keep fallowing all steps and explain well how to collect and gather all information I need .
