Regine is patient kind and compassionate. Being a baby boomer I struggled a bit with the computer but she was infinitely patient. She is highly knowledgeable and respectful. She directed me well and we reached a timely conclusion of the whole process. She is worth her weight in gold.

Exploring options for RPL providers and the facilitator who made contact firstly called at a time that was not what I had input into my contact form and was very inconvenient.
Secondly, they were extremely pushy, did not listen, and I found them to be quite rude.
While they may be a great provider, their initial contact and conduct left a very very poor impression and on that alone - I would not proceed.
Please do not make contact with this provider without having support, and either strong ability to push back and allow to make an informed decision, or advocacy. I feel that vulnerable persons may risk being forced into a payment plan or financial obligation they might not be wanting.
