2 months ago return this RUBBISH ANTENNA / order: #3BA568FBE5 ,they confirm they rteceive / I have documents to proof/ and......after 5 emails I still wait for FULL REFUND.
Chinese scammers !!!!!

This thing is garbage. Only worked for 1 hour and now not at all. It advertised 100 channels well forget that. When it worked I got maybe 20 channels most of which were duplicates.

I some how bought 2 of these took ages to arrive
They don’t work also emailed no response

Please please don't buy this product, I tried to connected it directly to TV and through the STB couple of times , none of the options is working, basically getting ZERO channel after the full scan. So think twice before you ever think about about this product

Do not buy. Cannot receive any reception / channels. Purchased as a cheap replacement to a hail damaged outside antenna. Installed as per video instructions and written instructions. Triple checked installation. More channels on damaged antenna then wave antenna. The worst part, purchased a spare for myself and one for my elderly mother. Approx $150.00 out of pocket.

Don't touch this scam product, I bought and tried it on 3 different tvs with zero signal. contacted them they said they would send me email on how to it no email was sent, Before purchase they never display final amount but my credit card was over charged. I will be lodging a complaint with Paypal who allows scam to flourish this way

A load of rubbish, scammers of the lowest of the low kind .. they are not even worthy of your attention... please don't fall for it like some of us have. These are people from Eastern Europe scamming unsuspecting genuine customers ... I wish I read Trust Pilot reviews before I got drawn in by ad.

Its a crap product, false advertising, akin to receiving a peice of useless plastic. Difficult to contact or find company details for refund, 1 star on the product 5 star on the scam. Not recommended.

Doesn't work and return process is useless. The "agent" has sent me 2 requests for the same information. I provide that info and they go silent. SCAM!!! **UPDATE** BE PERSISTENT WITH SUPPORT. I emailed twice a day for a few days and they finally paid attention. I'll update if I actually get my money back... **2nd UPDATE** I DID receive my refund but do be persistent. It takes time.

Looked up Best indoor antennas and Wavemax pop up seemed pretty nice so went ahead ordered it for my camper which is out in the open besides a few trees behind me, waited for about two weeks or more, was excited to get it got to the camper hooked it up scanned nothing moved it around again nothing and again and again and again about twenty five times a a hour later still no channels, told another fellow camper he asked how much did I spend for it, told him almost sixty dollars and supposed to have a 125 mile range, he laughed took me to the nearest family dollar, bought one for 20 dollars and with only a fifth mile range, hooked it up a I picked up about thirty channels now on a good day at night more, but something else that was a joke about the wavemax antenna is you can't return it because it isn't unused,, how can you try something if you can't open it to hook it up, so buyers beware and check out your local family dollar store or Walmart better then getting ripped off like we did

Got the item, connected it to my TV and got nothing, I live 20 minutes from a major city, and nothing. Not one single channel. Emailed them for a refund and kinda getting the run around, see how it plays out.

I got taken in by watching YouTube ad
When i went to PayPal money was deducted
immediately without a chance to review my purchase!
Never had this on PayPal before so why now??
You can't advance on the wave-max website without
