Customer service is not available and you do not get a tracking order which is highly disappointing. It’s not as advertised and get fewer channels. Glad only got one.

Zero channels! I’m only 20 miles from major TV markets!! Can’t get a call back nor email!

I’m reporting them to the Tennessee Consumer Affairs Division along with my Credit Card as Fraud!! Hopefully someone can get this product REMOVED!!

Very cheap trying to return with no return address

Ordered on the 5th of Oct, left on 6 week vacation on 19th of Oct and it hadn't arrived yet . Got back the beginning of Dec and they had arrived while away. Tried the antenna on 3 different tv's , nothing but static. What a scam , contacted Wave Max and they said there would be no refund as i was over the 30 day period for returning it ! I've reported them to my credit card company's fraud department!

I ordered this from your company on November 7th 2024. You charged me on November 8th 2024 --Today is November 25th .. I still do not have the merchandise. When will it be here?

Wanted to try single antenna, got 4. Oh it added 4 channels, what a crock of bologna and try to reach out to their customer service, good luck with that too. I am now saving up to get a roof mount atenna tired of the Satellite network and not being able to watch the local stations I want to see. Just open your window and throw money out that’s what this service is all about and I fell for it hook like and sinker. What a joke.

I saw the ad but didn’t bite. Something about a sucker born every minute comes to mind.

They are a scam company. I returned items and they refused to refund my money.

It's just a small digital TV antenna. It's a ripoff, it does work but not like they say like it's this magical nasa technology. It's BS, I bought one and was like WTF is this!? Go to Best Buy or any store that sells antennas and just buy a better antenna for the same amount of money there. FACT!!! It does work but not exceptional like they advertise. Don't waste your money.

An absolute scam. The unit is old analogue based systems and in the UK analogue has gone and it won't work on smart tv's. A complete and well set up scam. Don't be tricked. Yes you can send them back but there will be no refund. They don't pay.

I believed their ads. My first mistake. I ordered 3 antennas and extended warranties. My second mistake. I returned them using USPS. And now they refuse to issue a refund.

The wavemax was advertised to pickup cable channels and had a 120 mile reception It is advertised to be able to get all cable along with Netflix. They push the buy three units for over one hundred and fifty dollars, so I purchased one for$ 46.90 including shipping and handling. I finally received the antenna and hooked It up to my antenna hookup on my LG smart TV It does not work garbage do not buy

This is one of those ratings that you wish had NO STARS because this is what this company deserves. They lie about their product, break their word about refunds, and continue to pester you with annoying emails. I should have checked the 93% of people who rated this pathetic company with one star before I ordered it. Fortunately, my credit card is already pursuing them on my behalf.

Scammers*** Total rubbish as it's unable to hold any local channels without a glitchy screen. The dollar store antenna works better and only cost $5.00.
