No matter the location, does not receive all the channels my flat antenna does. The channels that are received are clear, but I cannot get every channel that I normally watch.

Cannot find info for a return. Might just toss in the trash.

You can buy this at a local discount store for $4.99. Gets about 10 channels. Nothing of this century.

The product simply does not work and then is not what they advertise. They up charge you with little pop ups and then do not let you review your order. They place an immediate charge to your card without even informing you of the price. That is dishonest and predatory type of business practice. Then to make things worse they will not refund your money. They keep offering some type of discount tying to get you to quit the return. I purchase a lot of things from the internet and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. I hoped the product would work but, it does nothing at all. Remember if it seems to be too good then it probably is. I strongly recommend buyers stay away. Pretty sure it is a sham product. I would have given no stars if it would have been an option.

DIESE ANTENNE GEHT ZWAR ABER 44 Programme das meiste sind ARD ZDF und die dritten Programme der Rest kann nur mit Internetverbindung empfangen werden also taugt das teil nichts .Achtung die Versand Adresse ist nicht der Händler

Und Widersprüche zu den Bestellungen werden auch nicht bearbeitet. Die Rücksendegebühr soll dann auch noch der Empfänger bezahlen, der die Bestellung widerrufen hat!!!!!

I am an eighty-year-old senior and am beginning to feel I have been taken advantage of by this company, RCH getawavemax.com. On August 24 I tried to order an antenna and earphones but got confused and incorrectly ordered the wrong quantity, 3 TV antenna amplifiers and four earphones which totaled $113.76. When I saw the mistake I made, I tried to delete the order and start over. Unfortunately, the page could not be changed so I accepted the order and immediately sent the company an email asking them to correct the order to the quantity I wanted (which was one each) or to cancel the entire order. Instead, I was charged an additional $23.97 then again $83.60. The bank did reverse the two additional charges but not the initial charge, $113.76. To date I have not received what I have ordered. Since I have not received any product, please cancel the entire order.

Do not work at my address been trying to return them. Can not get a return slip or receipt for my purchase. Customer service does not respond

Everything from beginning to the end is scam.The company’s address in Lithuania,Kaunas.Given telephone number for customer service in America?I just like everyone was looking on Google and next time I know without my agreement was charge and payment taken.When I ask after few hours past to cancel it was Saturday night the answer was sorry is already dispatch.After receiving the antena and tried it was absolutely useless.The code on the box where antena was packed was showing same antena on eBay for £15.Send antena back to given address,paid for postage and waiting for refund.I paid £51.89.When I do not receive the refund I am going to contact international consumers.To make case bigger all people who was scammed,we have to make one big case.They still going on Google.We have to worn people about this scam.

This is an absolute joke. I usually check reviews prior to purchasing but thought hey it is an antenna how hard could that be to screw up. After buying, I changed my mind in 10 minutes. You can't reach anyone and get canned responses. I was told too late to cancel but I have a 30 day Money back guarantee. Wait....I now have to pay return shipping and I cancelled it try to within 10 minutes.

It doesn’t work and when I tried to return, I have to pay. They offered to pay half of what I paid and keep the useless merchandise!!! I got hacked!!!

I returned the antenna, but I did not get any refund till today. This dealer is not serious. People should be warned.

If I could score as zero, I would!! Definitely a scam and refuses to refund as “not in original condition “. How could it be if installed and shown to be ineffective?

As all other reviewer her, this "High tech" Antenna you can buy on temu for £4 and it is still rubbish. Now the scammers plays came, I was asking for a return address 2 Weeks a go. Now as the item arrive the asking for proof of puy, they never send an order confirmation. my proof is the payment with the credit card , so I ask my credit card for refund, Ordered from a Facebook advert, now I know 90% of Facbook adverts are SCAM!

I paid over $100 for three. I am having a hard time getting it refunded since I didn’t get anything.
