Duidelijk een webwinkel die dient om vouchers van 30€ te kopen met gestolen visakaart gegevens. Ook ik was slachtoffer.

THE LOCATION FINDER NEVER WORKED! I HAD TO ALOCATE SO MUCH TIME. I REGRETED MILLION TIMES! WORSE ONLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! STAY AWAY!!

πιεικώς απαράδεκτοι! Έκανα παραγγελία iphone 14 με ειδική ένδειξη για μειωμένη τιμή. Δεν τίμησαν ποτέ την παραγγελία, δεν προχώρησαν σε αντιπροσφορά όπως ζήτησα, ακόμα κι αν ενημερωσα ότι έχω προβεί σε αγορές παρελκόμενων 100 ευρώ για το κινητό. Παντελώς αδιάφοροι. Ετοιμάζω καταγγελία για παραπλάνηση.

Germanos in Kissamos is a brilliant shop with really knowledgable helpful staff.
They have great displays of their products .
Today I went in today to have the screen replaced on my Galaxy phone. Their techy expert Paniyotis expertly replaced the screen while I waited.
I do recommend this shop to many people and will continue to do so. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Ma banque est étonnée car il y a plusieurs niveaux de sécurité et aucune alerte n’a été déclenchée.

Don't trust them. They are frauds.

Mein Smartphone mit 2 Jahre Mobilfunkvetrag von Cosmote hätte ca. 200 Euro insgesamt damals (bzw. vor 5 Jahre) gekostet über Germanos.gr. Aktuell kann man das selber Model als neue ins Internet erwerben für max 30 Euro. Weiter Infos an meine letzte Bewertung von taxydromiki.gr. WIR sind über 40 Jahre Kunden der Cosmote, und immer wieder bezahlen die angeblichen Leistungen mit neue Verträge! Jedoch bisher haben wir keine Geschenk als Dankeschön wieder von Cosmote noch von Germanos.gr erhalten

Die Tage werden immer länger  und das Timing ist perfekt: Der Tag der Arbeit, Christi Himmelfahrt, Pfingsten, Fronleichnam, Weihnachten 2025, neuJahr 2026, alles Zusammen stehen vor der Tür. Brückentage genommen und über die Feiertage auf zu einem Trip in Europas Metropolen durch der Fernsehgeräte des Radio ………

Einfach das Fahrrad schnappen und die Grachten Amsterdams erkunden. Oder den schönsten Platz in den legendären Londoner Parks finden. Oder über den großen Pariser Frühlingsjahrmarkt Foire du Trône schlendern.

Diese Traumziele sind so nah durch der Fernseherngeräte – auf geht’s.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered an iPhone 16 plus from their site as a gift to my mom, and I chose "pick-up from store (Mykonos)" because it's a pricey item that I want them to handle.

Basically, nothing was handled from their store, and the cold response I got from the woman on duty was that they are not liable if there is a delay and that it's the courier's fault.

I just left and stopped talking to her because it's obvious this person is not willing to help. Don't work in a customer service position if that's the kind of attitude you have, just lock yourself away in an office job that requires zero human interaction. I can get better communication from AI.

The embarrassing part for them is that when I called the main Germanos hotline, they informed me that there have been several tries from the courier to deliver the package, but no one was there and no one was answering their call as well. Just like the other reviews people left here, mentioning that no one answers.

I should have gotten my package by December 23, 2024 the latest, but I received it January 7, 2025.

I've been trying to get a solution for their incompetence but no one is willing to do anything. If it was for me, and not a gift, I'd rather slap them with a refund request.

I have proof of when I was supposed to receive it and when I actually received it.

Plus, screenshots of how long they take to answer on their main telephone number, it took them over half an hour to answer. And how they responded to my complaint through email showing they don't care.

Germanos, as a big business in Greece, I'm highly disappointed at your 0 effort for costumer satisfaction. I hope everyone stops supporting this kind of company and just go to the ones that actually care in giving good service, whether it's a small or big business.

BONUS: They made a mistake for calling me several times. At first I thought they want to redeem themselves somehow, but turns out they thought I ordered something and want to let me know it's on the way. I said, IMPOSSIBLE, I will never order again from Germanos after the terrible experience. I feel bad for the person they are unable to contact, Germanos does not know what they are doing.

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Παρήγγειλα τηλεόραση, ήρθε με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση και πρόβλημα. Δεν απαντάνε στα email τους.

JE N'AI JAMAIS RIEN COMMANDE SUR CE SITE, COMMENT ONT ILS EU MON NUMERO DE CB ?

Trois retraits frauduleux de 30 euros.

J'ai du faire opposition sur ma carte bancaire.

Ook ik ben slachtoffer. 3x 30euro en 1x10 euro van mijn rekening gehaald zonder dat ik de website ooit van mijn leven bezocht heb. Geen idee wat hier gebeurd is.

Victime de cette arnaque aussi. Il a fallu faire opposition de la CB. 2 prélèvements 5 et 10euros le 27/10 alors que je ne suis jamais allée sur ce site.

J’ai été victime auj de 3 fois 30euro et 1 fois 10e….. mon argent n’est vraiment pas en sécurité. J’ai fait opposition sur ma carte mais ma banque n’est pas sûr de me rembourser cet argent. Comment ils ont eu tte ses informations de ma carte. C’est la question que je me pose

Même l argent qu on n à dans notre banque n est même pas en sécurité.

Comme toutes les personnes précédentes, j'ai constaté 2 prélèvements de 30€ de ce site en date du 29/10, alors que (après vérification sur mon historique) je ne suis jamais allé sur ce site.
Opposition à faire obligatoirement, ils peuvent recommencer quand ils veulent

bonjour, j'ai également été victime de cette arnaque, deux prélèvement de 30 euros que je n'ai pas accepté. il faut impérativement appeler votre banque pour faire une contestation et demander de faire opposition de votre carte aussi malheureusement parce que s'ils vous ont débité une fois ils peuvent le refaire.

Pareil, 2 prélèvements de 30 euros fin octobre 2024.

2 prélèvement aussi 2x 30e ..
Que faire ?

pareil debit de 30 euros c'est frauduleux
