The book was well protected and in perfect condition. The packaging company damaged the packaging and still the book inside was perfect due to the protection they added. I also received the product in time, with no delays.

I first called Genvi about a game which is difficult to come by anywhere in the EU these days, and they did not have in stock at that moment. At the time, I thought that would be the end of that.

Les than 10 days later, they called me back to tell me they had it in stock, and were extremely helpful about setting up the sale even though it had some small logistical complications.

Extreem goed klant contact. Ook na de levering is er goede nazorg. Zo was er met mijn bestelling een kleine beschadiging maar dat is allemaal netjes opgelost. Zelden zo goed en persoonlijk contact gehad met een bedrijf waar ik wat besteld heb.

I pre-ordered the new 2024 DnD alternate-cover DMG, after launch I was messaged that Genvi Games' supplier was having issues delivering everywhere. I was offered a choice: a full refund, or I could wait until the supply issues were resolved. Because I really wanted the alt-cover version and it wasn't available anywhere I chose to wait.

They kept me up to date the entire time, and after 2 months they had to bring me the sad news that their supplier had completely stopped shipping of the alternate-cover DMG, and that the same issues were expected with the upcoming alternate-cover version of the DnD Monster Manual. But they also had amazing news! The owner of Genvi Games called me, to tell me they had managed to get their hands of a very limited number of copies of both the alt-cover DMG and MM, and offered to sell me both at-cost. And as an apology for the very long wait, I got some free dice with the order as well.

I am now the very happy owner of both the alternate-cover DMG and alternate-cover Monster Manual! And I'll definitely be returning to them my other DnD related purchases! They truly went above and beyond to help me.

Ik had een boek besteld die eigenlijk nergens meer te koop was tegen een goede prijs en niet een scalpers prijs. Dan verdien je voor mij al pluspunten. Bij binnenkomst zat er ook nog een set dobbelstenen en nog een D20 bij. Echt heel leuk! Ga zo door!

Ik moest even geduld hebben op mijn boek maar dat was ook van te voren gecommuniceerd. Alles kwam netjes binnen en ik ben heel erg blij met mijn boek.

Ik heb hier inmiddels al 5 keer wat besteld, Genvi heeft kwalitatief goede producten, ook hebben ze vaak producten nog op voorraad die elders niet leverbaar zijn, én is er sprake van uitstekende, snelle levering.

Ik heb 1 keer een pre-order geplaatst waarbij Genvi niet direct op de release-datum of de dag erna heeft kunnen leveren. Heb toen op hun site een berichtje gestuurd via de chatoptie, met de vraag waarom ik mijn bestelling nog niet had ontvangen, binnen een kwartier reactie en perfect geholpen. Wat een service! wat bleek dus nou, er was vertraging bij de levering door Genvi’s leveranciers van het product dat ik had besteld. Ben hier in het bovengenoemde chatgesprek direct over ingelicht en had 2 dagen later ook mail van de eigenaar dat er helaas 1 maand vertraging was met de pre-orders. Direct na deze maand het product ontvangen, opnieuw, zoals ik van ze gewend was, in perfecte staat, en zelfs nog een extra set dobbelstenen gekregen die ik niet eens besteld had als compensatie voor de vertraging. Kortom, Geweldig!

Alles goed ontvangen, niks op aan te merken!
