Entreprise malhonnête. Après les avoir signalés sur Conso Gouv pour un manquement sur leur site (qui ne précisait pas que l’apport était obligatoire ), bizarrement cela a été changé dans la foulée et très rapidement, vous verrez maintenant écrit « à titre d’exemple » à côté du montant de l’apport. Et maintenant, Lizy me refuse tous les dossiers, alors que par écrit à la DGCCRF, ils tiennent un autre discours.

Entreprise vraiment pas honnête : ils m’ont blacklisté car j’ai signalé un manquement important à mes yeux qu’ils ne voulaient pas résoudre de vive voix. Il a fallu les menacer directement par les voies légales.

Méfiez-vous d’eux, car s’ils sont capables de cacher des choses et d’agir ainsi, qu’en sera-t-il si vous signez un contrat avec eux demain, et vous avez un problème avec votre véhicule ?

De mon côté, je vais leur faire une belle publicité afin de dénoncer cette injustice.

Très dommage que je ne puisse pas partager mes preuves via ce commentaire.

Low cost low service maatschappij… de R*anair onder de leasemaatschappijen.

Lekke band langsheen snelweg. Zelf takeldienst moeten betalen om, hoop ik, nadien mijn geld terug te krijgen (€600).
Ondank feit dat de ander achterband ook vervangen mocht worden kreeg de bandencentrale een njet en mocht vervanging enkel voor de lekker band. Ik rij al 20 jaar met leasewagen, slechte ervaring ever! Ga aub niet bij Lizy.

Very good customer service, they took the initiative to put on winter tires on the car for the delivery, as they knew I was going to Switzerland. They also ensured the car got there on time before my departure (and they had a backup rental car waiting for me in case it would not have worked).

J'ai mon véhicule depuis bientôt 3 ans et j'ai du faire appel au service dépannage deux fois, le service est toujours aussi efficace ainsi que le suivi de Lizy et la solution de mobilité mise à disposition, tout est fait pour que vous soyez le moins impacté possible.

Faïza a suivi de près mon dossier, je n'ai jamais eu besoin de la relancer. Elle était très réactive, clair et précise.

Le seul bémol sont les entretiens qui se déroulent via un centre Auto5, leur service n'est pas adapté à la plus part des véhicules hybrides. Ma dernière panne est justement due à un manque de suivi et de sérieux d'Auto5 lors du précédent entretien mal effectué, je trouve ça dommage. Cela entache un peu le service impeccable des collaborateurs Lizy alors qu'ils ne sont bien entendu pas vraiment responsable.

Autrement dit, je recommanderais sans hésiter Lizy

Je recommande vivement Lizy pour son approche à la fois humaine et efficace du leasing automobile.

Au-delà du modèle de leasing de voitures d’occasion, ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est la qualité des interactions : chaque interlocuteur est accessible, sympathique et réellement à l’écoute. On sent que chaque client compte, sans exception.

Le service après sinistre mérite une mention spéciale. La prise en charge est immédiate, le suivi est proactif et rigoureux, et le règlement du sinistre se fait de manière fluide et impeccable. Aucun flottement, aucune perte de temps.

Un service professionnel, humain et fiable de bout en bout.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring.
Eerst werd mijn dossier geweigerd, daarna opnieuw bekeken en leek het toch mogelijk mits een hoger voorschot. Uiteindelijk werd het alsnog volledig afgewezen. Dit soort wisselende communicatie zorgt voor onnodig tijdverlies en valse verwachtingen.
Dat een leasing geweigerd wordt, kan gebeuren. Maar professionele en consequente communicatie mag je wel verwachten. In mijn geval was dat helaas niet zo.
Voor mij stopt het hier. Tot nooit meer.... ( Na het lezen van hun reactie blij dat ze eerlijk zijn en waren ) ze hebben waarcheinlijk veel mensen blij gemaakt maar mij niet ! Wel oprecht mooi dat ze voor hun fouten opkomen want foutzn maken is menselijk daarom een sterretje meer . Dank u voor u begrip

This is the 3rd car I rent with Lizy, and it is great! The delivery, logistics, follow up and customer service are the best you can expect from a Leasing company.
In addition, what pleases me the most is the enthusiasm of the young people working at Lizy. Recently, I was very satisfied with the work done by Marie-Jeanne and Harrie.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and approach of Lizy, the leasing company handling my company car. They are highly responsive, exceptionally friendly, and ensure that everything is perfectly organized from the very beginning all the way to the delivery of the vehicle. My first contact was with Thomas, who took the time to explain every detail clearly and address all my questions and concerns. During his vacation, Daryl seamlessly took over and showed the same high level of professionalism and follow-up, which I greatly appreciated.

The handover itself was smooth and well-organized, with a thorough walkthrough and thoughtful aftercare that demonstrated real attention to detail. Throughout the whole process, Lizy delivered exactly what was promised, no surprises whatsoever.

All in all, Lizy is a company I would highly recommend.
