Their ability to correspond is brillant. From the moment of making my purchase I was kept up to date with regard to delivery and time of arrival. This is something that I appreciate so much . Many thanks and my intention is to use your company again.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, I wanted a specific pair of sunglasses which were sold out so a very kind lady went to the stockroom to find a selection which looked as close as possible to the pair I wanted. She was going to send me photos of them so I could choose. However, whilst she was there, she found a pair of the original sunglasses I wanted! Saved the day as i needed them to replace my son-in-laws sunglasses which had been broken. She telephoned me with the good news and despatched them to arrive the next day. Perfect!

Great product great price.

Bought two sizes as wasn’t sure what would fit best. Got a great price on a new style Smiths Ski Helmet. Sent one back no problem with free Royal Mail uplift. Refund was in my account a few days later. Great service.
