Rings arrived but after a handful of what's a stone had fallen out of one ring. So haven't worn it since. The other is great and I wear it all the time. What is the options for faulty jewellery?

It's been shipped by USPS, and there was a delay that has happened on your package, however, the package is still in transit, you will receive it next based on the tracking. Wow! Beautiful rings & fabulous customer service!!
Wow! I was pleasantly surprised!! The rings I ordered were beautiful and I received them promptly. I needed to return one b/c I bought the same ring in 2 different sizes. Kevin in the return dept. was most responsive and efficient and went above the call of duty to give me great service. Get yourself some of the beautiful rings from the website! Trust me, you will be glad you did!!

The ring is prettier than we expected
The ring is prettier than we expected. If you are looking for high-fashion boutique grade jewelry then this is the place. My niece loves her ring which was the graduation gift she selected. The free necklace was the best part of the gift but sadly arrived broken. The company was willing to send me another necklace with our next order. Ordering again soon. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful exchange experience
I got my ring a week after I placed my order. Although it wasn't exactly what I was looking for (the rock is too big on my little finger), Kevin is so nice and willing to offer me an exchange. Due to the high cost of sending it back via courier, they are letting me to keep the ring and I only have to pay a little extra cost for getting another one. The experience is awesome! I can't wait to receive the new ring!
