Rings arrived but after a handful of what's a stone had fallen out of one ring. So haven't worn it since. The other is great and I wear it all the time. What is the options for faulty jewellery?

I purchased two rings one with express delivery because I was really wanting it for an upcoming party. Cathy at Geiana ended up refunding the express shipping charge because the ring was actually still in production. They were backed up on this certain ring as it was a new release (which I knew) and very popular. Anyway all said and done, that ring arrived in a 15 day shipping time and my other ring took 19. BOTH ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and Cathy was very helpful every correspondance. It was very annoying waiting outside the normal shipping estimates but with it being the holidays AND covid I had to just wait. I actually had to return both (also a VERY easy process...return to a california address and received a quick confirmation) for a smaller size. Rings are very true to size but I was nervous since I have ordered before from Italo Jewelry and their sizing is all over the place. Cannot wait to get my rings back in the correct sizes and wear them!

I have not received my order and I ordered this from my wife for Christmas and still nothing

I have purchased multiple jeweler items and faced Covid delays.

In one case I was refunded and the other cases I received the goods.

Their communication skills are excellent and I shall purchase from them again.

My ring arrived and all I can say is WOW. It is absolutely gorgeous and sparkles like the real thing. This is my first purchase Guiana and it won't be my last. You can buy from them with confidence. THANK YOU

I am worried about not receiving my ring that I ordered on November 3rd 2020 order number #100238919 the tracking number they gave me really isn’t giving me any detail. I am really looking forward to this ring :(

Placed an order October 16,2020 with shipping estimated 7-10 days. 26 days later no ring, given two fake tracking numbers. First was completely fake, second was sent digitally to post but no physical item was ever dropped off to be scanned according to postal investigation. I was promised a $10 discount which of course I didn’t get. I made a complaint through PayPal & was told to just wait for my order.......until when indefinitely? Horrible company, they do not disclose they are in China. They lie & provide fake tracking numbers, lie about shipping times, and I have no doubt lie about the quality of their merchandise. I also highly suspect these reviews are not from actual customers. The cadence in the writing and phrasing is all very similar. Someone form Trust Pilot needs to investigate that!!!! On their own about us section here it states they’re located in Los Angeles! Why was my PayPal billed to a HongKong address? Why would it take over months for people to get orders who live in the US?
UPDATE: December 18/20 on Dec 4/20 received an email notice from Canada Post that an item shipped from China was undeliverable. I asked what the issue was and was the told the package was “ leaking “ I just had to laugh. I told the postal worker the item was supposed to be a ring so I’m not sure how that would be leaking and she said “ most likely a scam we see it all the time! “ PayPal is going to process my refund finally, sad I had to wait so long when I knew right from the start when I was given two different tracking numbers.

The jewellery received was absolutely amazing, I have no complaints, customer service is excellent and very quick, an amazing site, thank you Geiana, ill be ordering again.

I have just ordered my ring yesterday and realized I made some mistakes for delivery. I was worried it was going to ship before they responded. But to my surprise, they responded very quickly and were so hopeful and nice. I haven't actually seen the ring yet but they really have started in the best possible light! First time ordering from this Jeweler I had bunch of questions regarding there items contact there customer services they help me with everything and every question I asked they have the best customer service and my buying experience was so good I will definitely be buying more items from them and recommend my friends and family.

This website is seriously the best. I cannot tell you how much I love this company. At first I didn’t know anything about them and found out about them on an Instagram advertisement. It arrived SO FAST it was unreal.. then when I opened it my jaw was on the floor.. I was and STILL AM in complete amazement of this jewelry! It’s unlike anything else you will find out there that isn’t the real thing. This stuff looks real and REALLY extravagant. It’s also high quality and durable. Not suggesting you should go take a bath with the jewelry on or do anything crazy. Take care of it like anything else. I treat all of my things whether they’re $20 or $20000 the same and that’s why they tend to last, but this stuff will last a long time. It’s made very well. Take it from me as someone who owns exquisite pieces from a high end celebrity jeweler in Manhattan.. you cannot and will not go wrong with Geiana. The customer service is also above and beyond. Cathy helped me right away with a question I had and I was so impressed with her prompt reply. You don’t need to worry about a thing with Geiana. They stand by their merchandise, which you can’t say for every business. My absolute favorite! I will be purchasing for years to come. Thank you!!

What started out as earrings for my birthday turned into a whole set (earrings...tennis bracelet...ring and necklace). I was in communication with customer service because I was concerned that the set would not arrive in time for my photo shoot. I was assured that it would be here and when I got home today I was very surprised to see everything was here.
It was like Christmas morning! Everything was beautifully made. While I was in communication I found out that each piece is hand made when the order is placed, which is even better. There is not a stock warehouse holding these pieces.

They take the time to send each item in high quality packaging, each piece is nicer looking and better quality in person than it is online, and their customer service was super helpful when I wanted to change my shipping speed. Fantastic! I absolutely love my ring. I was gutted when it faulted after a while but they have sent me a replacement for free. Can’t wait to buy more from them, the items are just beautiful :)

I saw an ad on instagram and messaged this company directly with all my questions. And I had tons. Right off they were kind and super helpful. That meant a great deal to me. Customer service is everything. I found a wedding set with a diamond very similar in size to the one I had stolen from me. So I decided to go for it! I am SO glad that I did!! First off-I wear a 4.5. And they made it clear it would take a bit of extra time due to MAKING the ring. Making it! And secondly once it arrived-you can see why it is worth the wait!!! The details in my ring and bands are gorgeous. And carry all around the band without stopping. 👏🏼
The boxing and packaging is so cute! There is a ring polishing cloth-cleaning and care instructions. And it is all just pretty & fun to open!!
The shipping and creating really didn’t take that long. I guess I ordered it and figured if it went more than 2 months I would message and ask. It never even came close to that.
While my new set can never truly replace what I lost-the diamond is similar and honestly I love the style of this ring more!! But shhhh please don’t tell my hubby!!!!
