My partner ordered one of these to use in our garden. Quality extremely poor worked for 5 minutes and now makes a strange static like noisewhen trying to play music. She has emailed and is awaiting a response and a replacement.

Trying tonpick a product was simple and clear. Ordering was simple and straight forward. Payment was same. Delivery was same. Basically all was very simple. On receipt of the goods I thought I had an issue. Customer service responded very fast to resolve. Top notch all around.👏🏻

The human touch
I've never dealt with a shop that was so welcoming and pleasant and friendly, to the extent that when I had an issue with a double keyboard stand you sent me out a second one for free. I have made a decision to purchase all my products through you in future whenever possible. An old cliche, but five-star rating. In a world of Amazons and ebays and AI and faceless corporations, it's good to be able to deal with humans and people who genuinely seem to care. Well done: you've secured a customer for life here!
