Original order of a 12u studio rack was defective but was replaced and is ok however it only has rack mounting to the front so I couldn’t use a 1u sliding shelf I bought which kind of defeats the purpose of the unit tbh

Predicted delivery was Tuesday - arrived on the Saturday before, two days after ordering! Very good service.

From start to finish great experience

My package arrived exactly when stated and in superb condition.

The item has still not arrived after two weeks. No tracking information was ever provided so no updates can be given. Can't review a product that hasn't arrived.

Easy product search, Easy order process, delivery fully transparent and value for money, recyclable packaging, very happy with service, all round quality service.

I placed an order more than two weeks ago and was originally informed that the latest expected delivery date would be over a week ago. When I contacted customer service to ask about the status of my package, I received a generic response telling me to wait 14 days before getting in touch again.
After the 14 days had passed, I contacted them once more, only to receive another standard reply advising me to wait 21 days instead. This is where things currently stand, and I am beginning to question whether the package will arrive at all.
While I understand that shipping delays can happen, I cannot recommend purchasing from this website given the poor customer service experience. The lack of meaningful communication and the repeated automated responses have been frustrating and unhelpful. If the package ultimately never arrives, that will naturally be the primary reason why I would discourage others from placing orders with this company.

I purchased a second-hand sampler (TE-ep-1320) from Gear4music. This was my second purchase from their website, and my first delivery also arrived much later than promised. They shipped this current order via DHL, but it has been a month and I still haven't received it. I have flagged this issue with the company a few times, and they just tell me they are investigating it with DHL. I still haven't received my delivery or a refund. This is the last time I will use Gear4music.

Well I ordered the premier drum stick bag, it was a good price, it came when it said it would and it is good quality very good in fact, the whole experience was very good hassle free.

First bass I’ve ever had amazing quality for starter guitar. Lots of fun and amp is amazing for starting out would recommend a slight upgrade. Rest of the pack was super useful pic are a little thin for my liking but that’s just my opinion. Don’t really use the tuner as I use an app but it’s still nice to have included. Bag and strap are amazing to have very useful and different
