Extra fast delivery (about 30h from order to door). And the bass guitar itself is great for beginners. Delighted...

I ordered/bought a purple Jackson Monarkh guitar that was advertised as NEW, a few days ago. When the guitar arrived I was excited and over the moon. . .until I inspected it and tried to play it. It is clearly a second hand guitar that was badly repaired and has extremely worn down frets.

I would ask for an exact replacement. But, I have zero confidence in gear4music.ie to actually send out an actual brand new guitar in immacualte condition, and not just send out another second hand guitar that's been repaired and sold off under the guise of a new instrument like they did with this one.

So yes, I will be sending this back and expecting a full refund. And I will NEVER order from, or recommend gear4music to anyone ever again.

Usual Gear 4 efficiency. Order deliverd on time and in perfect condition.
Kept informed re possible delay.But no delay in the end.(actually arrived early)

No leads or cables for connection. Just empty monitors with electricity cables. Disappointing having to wait another week for the cables to come as this is ordered separately apparently.

Fast delivery, ordererd them on a Sunday and received them the Thursday needed them for a performance on the Friday and Saturday, no other site could guarantee delivery the week I wanted them, good vocal sound from the microphones

Terrible communication between me the customer and gear4music. Bought a brand new keyboard Korg nautilus over two grand spent and it’s not working properly and nobody has taken the matter seriously enough.
