The engineer attended a day late for a double boiler safety certificate job I had stressed was urgent. He refused to talk to me when I phoned during the job to ensure he had been instructed correctly, then left half the job undone. I made a dozen phone calls to customers service, over 2 days, to try to get the job finished. He then accused me of only booking for a single boiler (which I did not), and alleged that the house was split in 2 (which it is not). He refused to return to finish the job, and I was sent a refund instead, a week after paying for the job I had stressed was urgent. It was a horrible experience, and I will never use the company again!

Friendly and informative appointment.

Got the certificates sorted, but it was a very drawn out process. Communication was poor, this could be improved by appointment confirmations. I wouldn't use this service if you are in a particular rush for the work.

Only can give 3 stars because on the report it said we needed a chain for the cooker and there was no alarm in the boiler cupboard. There is an alarm and it is tested monthly by my tenant!!!
