Terrible experience
Never again cancelled my order and never heard back from them after 2 weeks of trying to get a refund!
Had to get my bank to get refund very stressful it took nearly 4 weeks
Why tell people lies

AVOID!!!!!!! Never send goods out now having to dispute with the bank... Please do not order avoid at all costs.

SCAM SITE - do not order from Garstore. They are a scam site that will take your money and either not send you anything at all or send you cheap Chinese counterfeit goods instead of the genuine product they advertise.
If you are unfortunate enough to have ordered from Garstore, make sure and claim a refund from your credit card provider quickly. More information on how to do this is available at Martin Lewis' Money Saving Expert website.

I totally agree with all the negative reviews regarding this company! Ordered a new lawnmower for my elderly father 24 days ago, I was told it would take 8-12 days delivery. Rapid response to start with when I was emailing them but now they are ignoring me. Tried phoning them and the nos isn’t in use plus their address is false too! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Avoid this company please. I’m now seeking legal advice to get my father’s money back. What a disgrace robbing people like this!!

I wish I had read these reviews first..... It came up on top of Google search so I thought it was reliable. Google is just an accomplish of these scammers. I'll try to see if my credit card company can get my money back. Not so sure it will happen.

I ordered the Kacher K7 on 4th sep.2022, promised 8-12 business days for
delivery, now been waiting 6 weeks with no proper answer from customer service. ,never came, cancelled the order. Did not refund . I had to get my bank to refund me and then pursue Garstore . They must think their customers will just forget about the money. Terrible experience .

Awaiting item despite emails assuring it will be sent on when they have received and checked it. Feels very much like a stalling technique and I am now losing hope that it will come or that a refund will either, as they are not responding to emails. Next step is Small Claims Online for a solution through the courts

In the same boat as others. Placed an order for a lawn mower on 20 September but not heard anything. It is not possible to contact them.

I have informed the credit card company to try and recover the money that way but best to avoid!

STAY AWAY!! - do not use this company at all costs - & make sure you read all other reviews first before even thinking about using this sham of a ‘company’.

My order was placed over 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard a single thing from ‘garstore’ despite emailing them twice- firstly to request an update & secondly to cancel my order & request a refund. - maybe this will get their attention?!

Certainly wont be recommending them to ANYONE.

I have ordered and paid for a lawnmower on 31st August. They told me the standard delivery time should be 16days. I have received an email saying the status is changed to "Awaiting Shipment" on 6th September. The lawnmower has never arrived after numbers of promises they made. They agreed to refund, if it does not arrive by 5th October. And there is no email or refund from them after passing the deadline. I am disappointed.

I thought it was too good to be true. Ordered about 3 weeks ago. Emailed them and got reply same day saying awaiting shipment confort. Avoid at all cost. If its too good to be true then its a scam. I paid by paypal, so will open a dispute to get my money back. Fingers crossed

SCAM - Ordered a generator back in August - frequent excuses by email about delays and then didn't respond any further. The telephone number doesn't work. Reported site as fraud DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Ordered a generator in September, still not received, phone number, does not exist, emailed them said awaiting shipment still no item

After being told that a refund will take between 3 to 10 working days, I'm still waiting!! No reply to emails I've sent. Just do the right thing and refund my money please

I ordered a Makita circular saw from this company (if company they are). So far I have not received the goods and judging by the similarity between my experience and other reviews on this site, I don’t expect to. I have tried emailing them and calling them using the telephone number on their website. I have not received any reply to my emails and the telephone number does not work. My intention is to report them to the National Cyber Security Centre. Do not place any orders with them, the likelihood is you will lose your money!

I ordered a makita orbital sander as it was loads cheaper and My order has still not arrived now over 2 weeks. My emails were replied to quick at the start but now I am asking to cancel the order and ask for a refund I am being completely ignored. Please avoid I feel as though I am being scammed and am going to be out of pocket !! will be going legal if I can not get my £70 refund

Scam artists! Selling products they aren’t licensed to sell and then getting a refund from them is impossible. Avoid

I ordered 6 batteries 20 days ago.. and still no batteries and any refunds money. the phone number does not work.. I advise everyone to stay away
