Premium sofa covers faded from black to grey in the first year then went brittle and started to rip in the second. Don’t expect more than a couple of summers out of these.

Received my order ahead of time.
Had few clarifications emailed customer services, Max replied quickly progressed my queries everything resolved within in couple of hours. Excellent service from Max and GFC.

I see I'm not alone in my experience of poor customer service from this company. I purchased a cover that is described as Deluxe and durable, but the reality is that it's neither; it has badly faded and the material at the edges has worn away within only a few months. The company is not remotely interested in customer care and rectifying the situation so I will pursue the matter via other means.  My advice, steer well clear and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Disgrace - claim next day delivery and same day dispatch. Tried to order a product in time for a party, called the delivery company and they said the product did not arrive until 2 days later. Due to the weekend, the product won't arrive until at least next week and I ordered it on Wednesday.

Complete lack of customer service, I emailed them yesterday and still no response 24 hours later. No phone number to get hold of them either. False advertising and I will be reporting them.

The website promises “Same day dispatch, next day delivery’.

I ordered a cover which was stated to be in stock, the requirements for next day delivery were met. I received an automatically generated confirmation of the order a couple of minutes later - then silence.

There has been no dispatch confirmation and nothing to state there would be a delay. The Customer Service number was not answered.

Hidden on the Customer Service page is the instruction to wait a week. This is not “next day delivery”.

This does not live up to the promise.

Company are refusing a refund for a cover which broke after 6 weeks of use as their warranty does not cover anything caused by 'the weather'.

After escalating with Paypal they agreed to refund the item.

They then waited until the received and signed for the item (sent at my expense) before changing their position and refusing the refund.

I've given them the opportunity to address this, and if not I'll be reporting this as fraud to the authorities.

I placed a wrong order and messaged the customer service team to organise a re-order of the correct product and a return for the incorrect order. Delivery and return with the courier took place yet this cowboy company still have my money attached to my return and are refusing to refund. Been chasing for a refund for near on 2months and they keep fobbing me off.

Having chosen a seat cover from an extensive range of cover's, that would cover our two folding outdoor chair's, I was very pleased to see that A) it fitted well and B) it was of reasonably good quality. So far I am pleased with it.

You will notice there are no positive reviews of this company from customers who have had their covers for any duration of time. Click 1 star for details.

I purchased a large cover last summer. It started fading from black to grey almost immediately. A year later it is covered in tears and holes as the sun has made it extremely brittle. It is simply not fit for purpose.

I should be protected by the Consumer Rights Act however Garden Furniture Covers aren't interested. Complete waste of money. I would avoid at all costs and buy from a reputable company instead.

Perfect cover , as described it keeps the water out and the furniture protected throughout the winter period. Good quality, good price and good service.

The cover for my new cube of garden furniture is excellent. Has kept everything really dry in recent downpours, as it should!

The website was easy to use with diagrams showing the different covers available showing all the dimensions which made it easy to find the right one. Ordering and payment is quick and easy and delivery prompt although the carriers caused problems due to changing delivery at short notice and not leaving package in safe place.

I am very pleased with my garden furniture cover which has protected my furniture very well during this rainy summer. It was exactly what was needed and it was delivered on time.
