Excellent product and service
At a time when it seemed impossible to get decent garden furniture, GardenFurniture.co.uk delivered a great product at a good price. The recliners are the best garden chairs we have ever had and made us make better use of our outside space. Thank you :)

Delivery issues
The furniture is good quality but unfortunately the delivery of the furniture was just lift outside the door without prior notification it was lucky I was in. As a good will gesture they said they would forward a covering for the furniture I have yet to receive it - disappointing!

I sincerely apologise for the courier not calling prior to arrival. This is something that should always be done.
It is hard to believe but even after all these months we are still waiting for our furniture covers to arrive from Lifestyle Garden. Deliveries of both furniture and accessories this year have been extremely problematic and since you took delivery of your furniture, we are yet to have any further deliveries from Lifestyle Garden.
We are hoping that in the next couple of weeks our covers will finally arrive. As soon as they do, we will make sure to send one out to you immediately.

Multiple delays were very frustrating
Multiple delays were very frustrating. I kept on being told that I was more than welcome for a full refund at any stage but that is no good when I cannot buy it from anywhere else. I was happy I waited but I missed some sunny days.

Excellent service
Recently ordered a casual dining set from Garden Furniture. Given the issues regarding stock due to COVID and Shipping we were given an expected date for delivery subject to stock being delivered when due. In the end the furniture was delivered about 2 weeks earlier than expected. At all times we were kept well informed. Very pleasant staff when we spoke. All in all an absolutely excellent service.

Outstanding service
We received Outstanding service from gardenfurniture from start to finish. There was a slight unexpected delay to our furniture arriving due to shipping/Brexit related problems but Andrew was fantastic and kept us updated throughout, even without prompting or chasing. I’ve never had such brilliant service from a company before! The furniture is excellent and we have been very pleased with it. I would certainly recommend them

Great value
The courier failed to deliver on time. This was outside of garden furniture’s control, and is the only reason I have not given them 5 stars. Nonetheless they made every effort to compensate me for the delay and I’m very happy with their level of service.

Website and showroom differed.
I was concerned the furniture I ordered in the showroom differed to what was described on the website (footstools not shown on website) but I was reassured when I called to query, and it was explained it was an error on the website.
