Super happy with the furniture I ordered from these guys. The delivery went smoothly without any issues and I was contacted prior to arrival and received a time slot. The table sets looks even better than it did online and fits my patio perfectly. There was a decent amount of packaging but there was no issues and the table was was very easy to build. Thanks again for the help by email prior to ordered. Just need some warm and sunny weather. Thank you . K

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Andrew Griffith for taking personal ownership of my order from start to finish.

We had issues with our delivery, the table did not arrive with the rest of the furniture. Unfortunately it took some time to get the complete order, however Andrew took full responsibility. He arranged for an express delivery plus pre-building the table, which pleased my Husband no end. I also received a beautiful plant and a free table cover as an apology.

Despite all the issues, your customer support was second to none.

The furniture is beautiful and we can't wait to start using it!!

Buying expensive garden furniture online, sight unseen, is always a bit of a nervy one.....however everything has exceed expectations. Great advice on furniture & accessories up front, & great communication throughout.

We preordered some beautiful conservatory furniture and expected delivery Jan/Feb 2025. Our new conservatory was nearing completion in December, I emailed the company and to my total surprise Andrew offered for it to be delivered intime for
Christmas. The delivery arrived within 2 days exactly when I was advised in perfect condition and superbly packed.
Excellent Customer Service and a very competitive price for the product.

Purchased a corner sofa cover on 13th August, apart from the confirmation email heard nothing about delivery. Emailed them on 20th Aug as concerned why no further contact. Promised by customer services that delivery would be 22nd Aug, never arrived or any emails from courier. Terrible company, will be seeking refund.

I very nearly didn't buy from this company having read the negative reviews about the delivery problems. However, on reading that the products were of good quality I decided to take the risk as the table and chairs were exactly what I'd been looking for. I am so glad I did. The delivery service couldn't have been better. I was contacted immediately to make a date and kept up to date at all times including a text the night before to give me a precise time slot, then a phone call from the delivery men an hour before to confirm this. The delivery men were friendly and efficient. So it has been a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The table and chairs themselves are exactly as described and very comfortable. I did notice that the delivery company was called Panther so perhaps this is a new one?

We purchased a garden sofa set and the team at Garden Furniture we very friendly and helpful (thank you Sally and Andrea) they pulled the items from various locations, we had set them a very tight deadline as we had an event planned. They ensured it was delivered one day before we needed it, amazing!
