UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM//So far Gains has been great. Im a big fan of hacksaw and they've got games ive never seen before. My verification was as easy as it could possibly be also. Im trying to make my first redemption and if that goes as smoothly as everything else has that is definitely 5 star worthy. Ill report back. UPDATE!!. I made the first post an hr ago so let's recap. GAINS.com is a scam website

Don't play on this site. I deposited $100 and ended up hitting to over 20k and instead of paying out, they decided they would just ban me, and said any contact for an appeal would be ignored. Outrageous to be honest. Terrible site.

Nothing to gain at Gains.com... THIEVES

First I want to say that if Gains decides to answer this review don't even say that there's multiple accounts on one device that's such a lie. I have a Samsung a14 my girl has a Samsung a15 we have separate accounts on separate phones we gamble together all the time. And it sure is funny that I was just speaking to your customer service about 10 days ago and there was no problem then. But low and behold when she tried to redeem her winnings all the sudden there's multiple accounts on single device and you try to demonize us. Just like I see here with everyone else I read the reviews first you guys are scumbags. That's why you're down 75% as far as players visiting the site. It's because when we win you steal the money. Why did you need to create a space on Reddit to go in there or the owner whoever supposed to be the owner to go in there and mock other players lie about why they got kicked out. As for my situation there is not multiple players on one device nor is there multiple devices with a single player open at a bunch of different accounts there's nothing like that going on there's seven people that live in my household.now you tried to tell me that you closed it because there was multiple accounts on a single device which is untrue I might just explain that but the very one of the very last emails I got from you guys are your robot said that my account was closed because there's multiple accounts on a single IP address which one is it because multiple accounts on a single IP address is allowed. I was trying to reach out to a human for support but their robot or your robot kept stopping me and it would answer the questions but I emailed it from my email address and my phone while my girl emailed you from her email address in her phone and all the sudden your AI decided that we needed to speak to a human because it detected a discrepancy. Your AI realized that you're wrong like I've been telling you you're wrong and asking you to look at it but you refuse. Systems and computers make mistakes and they do it all the time. I my household or my old lady should not have to pay for your mistake. In this situation you are absolutely wrong 100% again I have an a14 she has an a15 they are both Samsungs and what we do have separate accounts on each of our phones. you guys are just lying so you don't have to pay out. Why would your system not recognize this say when we're logging in on the same device why wouldn't it recognize it then because it's not true. It seemed to only recognize it when she tried to redeem just like a lot of other people here if you're going to lie do it right or do it well you're not doing either. I won't stop every place that has a review of you I'm writing them I have been writing them and letting them know the type of people and type of casino you are you're going to be getting messages from the better Business bureau you're going to be getting messages from the department of agriculture who takes care of consumer complaints and I'm not going to stop there.there'll be Google reviews more trustpilot reviews I'm not going to let you guys steal from us and just sit on my hands and do nothing there is not multiple accounts on single devices there's a single account on each device you are wrong and if you refuse to look and see that you're wrong and admit that you're wrong that's your problem I'm disabled man I've got nothing but time I can't earn a living right now I'm in determination so I don't even get my money from SSI yet. The dark horse of competition...

I was going to 5star this site, which i will admit i was on the fence about & with that said I figured this review might come in handy for my fellow spinnerz... The only catch that I've experienced, actually 2 are the lack of coin packages & the other is when the verification process starts is a little slower than advertised plus a little bit extreme. But i waited til i hit & trying to withdraw.
No hiccups after the process ran the course the deposit reached the account a helluva lot faster than I expected! ( good thing)
So if want advise from someone who is already a current devoted player on this one! Its in my top 5 without a doubt

Passport shows up as an option when…

Passport shows up as an option when verifying identity. After you submit, they then tell you they wont accept passports. Then why is it an option? This place is shady. Do not trust it. Plus when I won enough to redeem, after my redemption was placed, they magically changed the playthrough requirement. They will cheat to prevent paying you out. It's pathetic. This place isn't gonna be around long and I'm glad
