Went to redeem but they banned my account. Janky ass casino.

Just signed up, deposited $100 and instantly cashed out $500 after going on a crazy run on blackjack. All I had to do was verify when I redeemed and it was surprisingly simple. Also loved the look and feel of the casino, definitely is a nice change of pace from the others.

Good RTP% and reasonably fast to almost instant withdrawal time.

These scammers stole my girlfriend’s money after she won and then banned her account and banned my account. They pretended like we were the same person using two different accounts. Which is absurd, we’re both verified on MANY sites and both play individually just like many people out there. I referred her to Gains, she actually won on her first deposit, and next thing I know I receive this email. And they then threaten legal action if we speak about their fraud LOL. They didn’t even ASK for any proof which would have been simple. Not to mention we both VERIFIED individually with our IDs and live face scan which makes their fraud even more blatant.

All personal information, including payment methods, and identification documents, has been deleted from our systems.
This decision is final. Any harassment, defamatory statements, or threats toward Gains.com, its employees, or affiliates will result in legal action.

We never violated ANY terms and conditions. They just didn’t want to pay out. They were happy to take both of our money though. Notice how they don’t even ASK for any proof and say any attempts to contact will be ignored. Scammer. Don’t play here.

Gains has quickly become one of my favorites! Customer support is excellent! Instant redemption is the absolute best! Within an hour is near instant enough for me! I also like the feature where I choose amount I want to deposit!!

They will unjustly ban your account if you win. I played the 100 dollar pack up to 173 on my first day from 150. Did the playthrough requirement and everything. And then they claimed I had falsified information. the other 25+ sweepstakes casinos I have redeemde from never had any issues. Unfortuantely this is a scam website.

I use to vouch so hard for this casino until they banned my account after winning 1078.00! I tried to redeem and it kept denying my redeem option. So it banned me accidentally due to trying so many times. So I messehae support thinking they could fix it and nope! They banned my account using the lie that I had multiple accounts! Which is a bold face lie! I have filed a complaint with the doj and I am prepared to go to court. I have video and photos of my winnings and they unlawful ban. Soon as I won that money they banned my account hmmmmmmmmmm.

Scam, scummy website. My brother and me share a computer, he has a FULLY verified account that he has deposited on and verified all his payment methods. I create an account as he told me about it using the same computer and fully verify everything including bank card EVERYTNING and purchase $30 and redeem $100. They then permanently ban my account without even refunding me or giving me my rightfully earned money. This is fishy, sketchy and wrong. Terrible predatory tactics that you don’t wanna see when using a website AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BE WARNED

Don't play on this site. They will find any excuse to not pay your redemption. I advise you play on a different site

IF Their crazy playthiigh requirements havent got your attention heres a few more fyi's .
They are NOT instant redemption. No matter what anyone says. They are not.
Second. If you manage to get lucky with your Daily bonus and get to 100 sc just redeem and then if and when you are paid close the account.
The maximum redemption for the daily is 100 sc it doesnt matter if you win 2k they take it all back and you can only redeem 100 sc then to top it off you will never get the daily bonus again. "Live"
Support is less then ideal and very rude to say the least.

I wasn't multi-accounting for sure. every site one account is strictly followed, don't even turn around the bush & question my integrity

I made an account, referred my wife, and we both verified. We both use our home Mac. I bought packages multiple times with no issue. The second I tried to redeem $100, my account and my wife’s account got banned.

That’s after I’ve already spent over $400 on my account and over $700 on hers. Funny how the ban only came once money was going out instead of in.

I’ve already reported this to the BBB and filed a complaint with my state attorney general. Next step is small claims court; not just for the $100 you’re holding, but for everything spent across both accounts.

I’m giving you a chance to make this right now. If not, I’ll see you in court.

SCAM WILL ALWAYS BE A SCAM. Dont play this or dont even read this review. Don't think about this website at all bc when you win they try everything to kick you out and say they will do any legal action.

So because I won, and over $2000, they decided to forever ban my account because to them I’m a high risk of legal and regulatory issues. I didn’t do ANYTHING WRONG at all!!! I bought my coins and I played fair and square. I’m currently seeking legal advice.

Update: In response to Gains.com’s reply to my review, it took them about 10 mins after I tried to redeem to close my account. Never taken lightly huh? Whatever greedy, trash people.

I’m giving you guys a 0.5 star rating for 3 reasons
1. Failed to recognize I won this off a 25 dollar deposit and it wasn’t daily bonus………..

2. You guys failed to even successfully send me 100 dollars from what you chose to allow me

3. Customer service is shawty and manipulative using your rules to trick and device customers

4. Trash over all

The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Um saying that and also the redemption times are absolutely amazing. WE are moving from chanched to gains .... thanks gains casino you guys are the real deal ..
