I would not recommend this firm based on my recent experience. The initial approach felt rather impersonal, and the tone during the phone call was unwelcoming. I was seeking assistance with a cash property purchase, but I did not feel there was sufficient knowledge demonstrated or genuine interest in helping with my enquiry. Unfortunately, the interaction left me disappointed.

Fortunately, I contacted another solicitor who scheduled a call promptly, provided clear guidance, and efficiently began progressing the purchase. The contrast in service was significant.

I have used Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors when I was selling a property. The solicitor, Stephanie Williams was excellent, proactive, great legal knowledge and brilliant communication. The whole team were so helpful. Would recommend highly.

Used GAD to sell deceased mothers house. Team (led by Michele Spiden) were great dealing with some complex issues and completing sale very quickly.

What a refreshing experience to deal with such an understanding and efficient team, with a special mention to Stephanie Williams and Rhys Orme. They made our quite complicated purchase as worry free as they could. They even went beyond what was expected. They actually understand that moving can be quite stressful, particularly when at the time we were abroad so preemptively took care of everything. Top marks!

Absolute garbage company. Contacted them in relation to a medical negligence case and was told that someone would call me back from their team to discuss the matter further. Still waiting for that call almost three weeks later.
Transpires they operate a gatekeeper system where the call handler determines whether or not someone should call you back or not.
Amazing how they can treat someone like a piece of dirt who recently lost his wife due to local doctors surgery incompetence.
