Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Was sent packaging and a label to send my phone after filling in some details online. Parcel was tracked so I knew it had arrived. Received an email the next day telling me my phone was in the exact condition I had described. The full amount was credited to my account that day. Brilliant service. Will use again.

A great experience, from Andy and Rachel, who obviously care about their customers. Easy to deal with, kind and caring (which is so rare these days) and a pleasure to communicate with, they always let you know what's happening, and how they can help. I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

Honestly can’t fault this company at all, sent my phone out on Monday and received payment on Thursday(today). Straight to my bank account, no issues at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fair price and quality service. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely fantastic company!
Their customers service is next to none and even when Andy was poorly, Rachael was quick to take over our correspondence and complete my order and process payment for me.

Great service
The whole process was very simple and the agreed price was paid promptly. I posted my phone on Thursday morning and received payment the following Tuesday. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone thinking of recycling their old phones and I shall certainly use them myself in the future.
