Smooth cooperation

I was able to do my jobs as planned and with a high quality of safety. G2 offered me 3 assignments in the last 4 years. All with great help of your personal coach.

G2 recruitment agency has contacted me numerous times. During these conversations, their focus was not on discussing any genuine job opportunity, but rather on trying to obtain internal information such as who my manager is and who is responsible for hiring within my company.

I find this approach highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Instead of engaging in transparent and relevant recruitment discussions, the intent appeared to be information-gathering.

Under these circumstances, the best solution is simply to block their phone numbers and mark their emails as spam.

Mijn ervaring net G2 is uitstekend. In de begin ware wat problemen met late betalingen maar dat is al lang opgelost. Ook contact met Ryan Treadwel is heel goed.

I am fine with G2! Would like to do more projects. The only point of crritic is: After a lot of serious contact for a certain role, i am waiting and i never receive any feedback anymore.

worked for these in 2016 was terminated with 1 days notice and not paid my contractually agreed weeks notice. very unprofessional staff. told them to delete me from their database and yet today in 2026 I get an unsolicited phone call asking about my current work situation. Hell will freeze over before I ever work with these cowboys

The communication and the professional handling was great. All agreement’s are delivered in time.

The Company I was placed had financial problems.
G2 did not pay me for the time I worked for G2 recruitment.
Stay away, I beg you.

I have been working with recruitment companies for the last seven years, and I have to say that my experience with G2 has been extremely positive. The communication has been very friendly, and all the necessary paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Since this is ultimately about people and their experience, I hope that 2026 will be just as successful, and I look forward to a long and fruitful collaboration.

Our business relationship is still recent, accounting and payments seem to work well, contracts with g2 however are very unbalanced and in favour of g2. More guidance and support for setting up people in foreign countries regarding taxation, work permits, social security matters would be helpful

They contacted at least 50 times in 2025 with urgent offers. I sent them my cv every time, but they never reviewed it. Instead, they called me, and asked me about my job history. Then they quickly moved into asking me details of former employers (names, positions, email), wasting at least 20 minutes of my time every time they called. Then they never came back to me.

The very last time, after I explained every single line of my cv to one of their female agents, she told me: you are too experienced for the position. I replied: well, the client will not be annoyed by that. She answered: the client wants a junior engineer. I said to her: no junior can cover all the requirements in the job description. Then she stuttered and concluded: I will contact you if there's an open position that fits better to your profile. I closed the call with the clear request, she shall never contact me again.

Very disappointing experience during a call with Oliver Smith (07 Jan 2026). The communication was abruptly cut after he hung up on me without any explanation. This lack of respect and professionalism is unacceptable. If you have no opportunity to offer and no constructive input, only questions directed at engineers with over 20 years of experience to feed your database, please stop disturbing people unnecessarily.
I do not recommend at all.
