I’ve had a very positive experience working with g2 Recruitment for my current project. The entire process, from the initial discussions about the opportunity through to onboarding and starting the assignment, was smooth and professional.
Communication has always been clear, fast and transparent, and the team has been very responsive whenever I needed information or support. I also appreciated that they understood both the technical requirements of the role and what I was looking for professionally, which made the whole recruitment process much more efficient.

G2 has always demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism and responsiveness. Lewis, in particular, is a very attentive and patient person (especially with my imperfect English), highly responsive, considerate, and always available.

At first, communication was good and consistent, but that changed later on.
Furthermore, when I started the job, I was surprised to find that I could only work two days a week for the first two months, something I hadn't been told before signing my contract. This was particularly problematic given that I had to relocate from Spain to Germany as a freelancer and cover all my own expenses without any assistance or concern from g2; working just two days a week does not cover my monthly costs.
Next time, you should be clearer about the job start date and ensure that the recruit is guaranteed continuous work.
Additionally, communication with the company handling payments is very poor; I still don't know the payment dates or whether I have even been registered as a freelancer in Germany yet.

G2 listens to its employees and takes into account any comments concerning the construction sites.

He kept me updated over this extended period.
Miles eventually got me signed up for a contract with them.
