Highly recommend!
Graham & Sibbald made the process of getting a home report done exceedingly easy. The 2 gentlemen that came to complete it were polite, friendly and professional and the whole thing was carried out, written and completed in a matter of days. Communication from the firm was also excellent and they were always on hand to answer any questions I had - even helping me out with finding the EPC for the new property I was buying. Would highly recommend!

Martin was very professional and also very approachable. He was thorough and answered any questions that we had. The draft report was sent through very promptly and Martin was willing to consider any comments that we made. We felt that we were in good hands and would definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to have their property surveyed.
