Edina was extremely professional.
Her report was delivered exactly when she said it would be so enable the selling process to proceed swiftly.

Extremely quick - Two working days from instruction to a completed and fair report. They sent a draft within 24 hours of surveying the property and that needed a slight factual tweak. That was amended and sent back within the hour. Excellent service.

The first hurdle of putting our house on the market was made with a very prompt appointment to carry out our home report. I was met on the day by Richard who was genuinely enthusiastic about the job that he was doing. I had a great chat with him and he talked me through everything. He made the entire process rather enjoyable. Thank you very much for your service.

Currently awaiting a reply from the selling agent. Interested in a property for sale in Roxburgh, Kelso. The selling agent provided me with a copy of the home report which was produced by the Melrose office on 02/09/2024.

The report is littered with typographical errors, duplicated paragraphs, differing floor areas, the number 'six' can't even be spelt correctly. The surveyor has listed the drainage as mains and the property questionnaire which I understand is completed by the seller states septic tank! What a joke...

I am awaiting answers to my queries by the estate agent however, looks like I might have to take my own advice considering how shoddy the home report is which I should not have to do and put me out of pocket! Happy to provide you with a copy of the report I was given although I am sure you will be able to see it. I have suggested the agent reads it from top to bottom...

Richard undertook a home report of our property in early January 2025. He was polite, courteous and very professional. He was also on hand to discuss the findings of the draft report, which was helpful and appreciated. We got the report promptly enabling us to start marketing the property at the earliest opportunity.
