Great Customer Service
Thank you Furniture on Line for the comfy riser/recliner chair I bought 8 months ago. I am very happy with my purchase. On Monday one of the buttons on the handset stopped working and I telephoned Customer Service. I spoke to James and what a pleasure it was to receive instant help and attention. I have received a replacement handset which was dispatched the same day. Thank you JAMES. First class Customer Care which is appreciated.

Really happy with this recliner. It’s very comfortable and well-cushioned, with good support whether you’re sitting upright or fully reclined. The mechanism feels smooth and sturdy, and it’s easy to adjust without any effort.
The build quality is solid, and it feels like it will hold up well over time. It’s also a great size — spacious enough to relax in without taking over the whole room.
Delivery was straightforward and the chair arrived in good condition, with no issues setting it up.

Product and service excellent all round
The time taken between making my order and delivery was less than seven days. The sofa is lovely, fits nicely in my living room and very comfortable indeed. A good service
A good service, especially as I had to ask you to contact the delivery company you chose to deliver my furniture, as they had my phone number incorrect and had proven to be difficult to contact. I might have given you the full five stars but I'm afraid the delivery company's failures has affected my overall expectations and made the whole experience a rather disappointing one. Unfortunately they received one star and their performance affects your overall rating also.
