The pre sales customer service is great, the post sales customer service, when you actually need it is appalling.

Having experienced a period of ill health against the back drop off the cost of living crisis I reached out to their "dedicated" payment support email. After 4 weeks and 3 emails I heard absolutely nothing. I finally followed this up with a complaint to their main mailbox, which was at least acknowledged but a week has gone and nothing more! All the while they are sending me automated text after text telling me they are trying to contact me! Ha!

It's very clear to me now that this company "only supports small businesses" as far as signing them up but as soon as small businesses actually need support their nowhere to seen. I would not recommend and have found companies like Capital On Tap and Iwoca to be excellent.

We requested to borrow £25k for business cash flow over the next 6 months while some big projects are finished, we were offered much more than we needed should we require but kept to the amount we needed.
All members of staff were very professional, polite and very contained everything in great detail.

Honestly just avoid all round. From misleading advertising on offers. To now using the product is awful, the website glitches / blocks repayments, yet charges you interest. Customer service even worse and don't take your seriously just give you stock response.

Unfortunately a report to financial ombudsman. Very unethical practices here.
