Very disappointing returns from this platform. £257 of defaulted loans and account now closed with a 69p settlement. They obviously didnt do their due diligence when setting up the loans. Beware! I will definitely not invest with them again

Funding Circle is a useful facility until you fail to meet their criteria. They then suspend your account without reference to a reason, so you are unable to meet the contractual obligations around addressing the issue and having your account unfrozen. I failed twice to make a payment in 2024, my account was frozen and never reopened. I raised a complaint twice about no information and it was ignored - I requested my account to be closed

The biggest collective of useless morons I’ve ever encountered!

I didn’t even get through the application process before telling them to forget it. Over 8 days and 4 emails they couldn’t find my details on their system despite me giving them a copy of my driving license and 4 emails confirming my name and address. I actually had to check it was a real company because they operate like a scam company in New Delhi. Unprofessional, slow, and damn right useless! I dealt with a few of these clowns during my 8 day non application process but Charlie was especially simple. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with and certainly the worst finance company. ( I’m still not 100% sure they are a real comapany )
