Fast and efficient

Marcus and the team were great and really helpful from start to finish.

Everything went well and staff were very friendly and helpful,would certainly recommend.

I applied with the understanding that my business would be assessed for eligibility under the Government Growth Scheme. However, instead of receiving an offer under that scheme, I was offered a direct loan from Funding Circle with a significantly higher interest rate and an arrangement fee of £3,000.
When I spoke to Funding Circle by phone, I was informed that my company had not been accepted for the Government Growth Scheme because it was considered to be in a strong financial position.
I find this explanation difficult to understand. A business in a strong financial position would generally be viewed as a lower-risk borrower and, therefore, would reasonably be expected to meet lending criteria more easily rather than be excluded from a growth support scheme. Avoid this company!

Funding circle is absolutely waste of time they ask you the guarantor must be James bond. No nearby.

Funding circle marketing for business loan in reality its not true they ask you at the end James bond to be garanto.
Funding circle only take the internal information this is agency for someone else . who they are working not really business loan provider, be aware of this scandal. Your Business information will be share with others agencies. Keep away from Funding circle.

The interest rates offered are ridiculous 22% for a 5-year loan and 49% for a credit card.

The headline rate for the loans is 6.49% and 14.9% for the credit card.

Our business is 12 years old, has never missed a loan repayment during its entire life, owns its commercial premises and is profitable

What kind of business can afford such interest rates?

The whole process was straightforward and very quick. It leaves high street banks looking very outdated. Mohamad was very knowledgeable and helpful with an eagerness to get the job done. A refreshing change.
