I had to call to get the status of my order because it did not get to me in a timely manner. The customer support persons was very rude and very short in his comments as if I should not care about where I spend my money. As I was talking to him my thoughts were that I would be RIPPED OFF and I wanted to cancel the order, but the order arrive very quickly,sooner then I thought it would and that ease my mind. I don't think I buy anything else from Fumfie.com
because I don't buy from companies that don't appreciate their customers. I don't mind paying extra for good service.

Promised me equipment they didn’t have in stock. I paid to have the the two day delivery and didn’t get the equipment I purchased 5 days later. Only to come find out they have the equipment in stock.

Item was as described and arrived earlier than expected. Very pleased with transaction experience and price, will be shopping here again

I ordered a T6i camera with lens and several items in a kit. The price is about $100 lower than my local stores. Also, I don't have to pay tax. Received within a week. All items are new and completed as in the product listing. All parts work fine so far.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks. Each week I am told it will ship soon. No real communication from company. Will I ever receive my order?

it was great! good pricing and costumer service, only had a little detail with some missing extra accessories in my package but they fixed it as soon as i called them.

They make you call them before they ship out your item. I'm guessing it's a way to market other products to the customer. Why should I have to call in order to get my order processed?

Terrible customer service!

The micr SD card that came in extra accessories I purchased does not work. Although Fumfie said they’d mail out a new one, I have yet to receive it & it’s been 2 weeks. I have since tried emailing them at least 4-5 times with no response whatsoever!

I know these don’t cost much, but I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income and can’t afford it, not to mention, no one should have to pay for an item that does not work.

I DO NOT recommend purchasing items from this company. And if you do anyway, good luck!

I have called your customer service department several times and have been hung up on. I placed an order on 10/25/2017 and as of today 11/22/2017 I have yet to receive my items. I have spoken with several members of your team and was informed that they did not know why it was not mailed. I don't understand why I haven't received my purchase but at this point it is unacceptable.

I read a lot of bad reviews about fumfie online and was pretty nervous to try them out. But i went for it and am very glad that I did. I received my order in less than a week, everything was in great condition, as should be, and got the best price that I could find online and in stores. I would definitely recommend fumfie.com to anyone!

Scammers. There's no other way to put it. Promises, procrastination, and the end result - I had to report my transaction to my bank as fraud. Don't try to call, because they'll run you around unless you're buying. Don't submit a service request on the site, because there's always some kind of server error. This is one of those businesses that makes people paranoid about online transactions that aren't Amazon. This is a business that makes real people trying to do real business have to work ten times harder.

said product would be shipped 5-8 days from order date. Called 7 days later, they said they hadnt yet shipped my product. I chose them for their price, but their lack of timeliness made me cancel my order and go pick up what i needed at best buy instead. Lots of bad reviews with these people to begin with, it seems they cant get their act together. Will not be doing business again

They did everything they said they would. Delivery was on time if not early.. And saved money as well!

Still not received my ordered Sony Camera till today

I gave one star for the one time i did actually talk to them the lady was very nice, but as far as product goes can’t answer I never received package NOTICE SOMEONE MUST SIGN they wouldn’t even let me open the garage and talk and watch with my security system also they immediately withdrew my funds but even though it never got to my house I’m having to wait about a week so far still no refund MAKE SURE SOMEONE CAN SIGN

After reading about some of the nightmare stories fume.com had, I was very hesitant. Because I ordered for price over everything I waited with baited breath. All was delivered on time and nothing missing. Very happy.
