Not only did they just up and take my 90$ but after about a week of trying to get ahold of them nothing so I figured I would come here to get their attention. The item states "shipping unavailable" but as it stands i can't pick up the item which is what is required without the right information from them. They have no call center and their text presence might as well be non existing.

I'm not sure about what some of these negative ratings are talking about, but my experience was great with RTB Shopper. The prices of the products are right on track with Best Buy. Applying for financing was really quick, I had a response almost instantly and I was approved for the max amount. The next day I received an email from RTB Shopper confirming my approval and they had my order processed that day. I received my order via On track and UPS delivery right around 4 days later. The whole experience was seamless. The only thing I would have to say is that contact with RTB Shoppers customer service is through email alone and can't be reached by phone. You can be assured that RTB Shopper is a legit business, does a great job from start to finish, and is quick to respond to questions through email. I recommend them highly and will be using them again in the future.

Process takes a little bit when having items shipped, but this is mostly on the fulfillment end as RTB Shopper does not actual carry anything, all shipped through Best Buy. I luckily was able to get ahold of somebody at Best Buy to get the ball going on shipping my order. Took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my order but it did come on or around Sept 20th.

Excellent service. Excellent payment plans. I'm so grateful that now I can afford to get things I need. My item was available the same evening and I picked it up the next day. This is my new favorite go to place when I need to shop. Thank you so much.

Made a purchase and it went smoothly no problems was notified within the hour that my order was ready for pick up at Best Buy

I can say that everything thus far has gone smoothly. I made my purchase late in the evening, first thing in the morning I received a email stating my order was ready to pick up at Best Buy. Now I will only have to deal with the leasing company and I plan to pay off early, so to avoid any issues. I would use RTB again.

They say they cannot verify my info and don't say what they need. Well, Won't be able to purchase anything. Good job.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are very small and incompetent and don’t know what they are don’t. They have inventory and products listed online that says available for purchase that is not available for purchase. When it’s time to fulfill the orders, it’s not part of their inventory. Their supervisor was very unhelpful, not resourceful and doesn’t resolve your problems instead she brags about the fact that she a SUPERVISOR…oooooooooh such a big title and her name is lyndsey. Next, they shipped it to the WRONG ADDRESS. When I asked to rectify it, they advised that they cannot since the order was processed and even though it has not been shipped, they cannot cancel. Their supervisor was unhelpful, very rude and blunt and straight up disrespectful to the point where she (Lyndsey) is unwilling to assist. I called the lease company and they said I can cancel this since they haven’t funded it yet but because the supervisor feelings got hurt, she wants to ship the product to me directly and have me go through the trouble of shipping it back and returning it, which fine I will do. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT BUY OVERPRICED PRODUCTS FROM COMPANIES THAT DON’T VALUE CUSTOMERS. I will be posting everywhere about them.

Got my order quickly and love using the product. Customer service is very friendly and respectable

I ordered 2 items from this company on 8/28/2023 and I only received 1. I was told the other item I had requested was out of stock so they sent me an alternate item.

I was sent tracking information for a package that had been delivered to someone else's house (it said it was delivered and signed for by someone before I even received the tracking email).

I reached out to RTBShopper (crazy how they are also busy by phone but they typically answer to texts immediately) and they told me that it would be re-shipped on 9/9/23. Today is 9/13/23 and I have reached out via phone and text message almost daily since and have yet to receive a response.

I will now likely be charged for an item that I haven't received, because on their website it says that my order is "fulfilled".

Please be VERY cautious with this company...I wish I would have.

The process was great. Great prices. Only issue and a minor one at that. Delivery was yes to my home but did not allow for delivery to a hub or access point for signature. Delivery was during the day and had no way to change to hub or access point. But overall packaged well and delivered early.

The ordering went well. It would be extremely cool if they add more electronics like steam deck, Asus ROG alley, psvr2, psvr, and even hard to find consoles like jaguar, Nintendo 64, SNES, ps1, ps2, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Sega 32x, 3do, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, ps1, ps2, ps3, and handheld consoles with games to buy. It would be awesome for digital game codes to rent to own on Xbox series x, ps5, and Nintendo switch.

They answered my questions through email within a reasonable time and kept me posted at all times regarding the tracking information for my package. I received my package within a couple of days, which was awesome!. I would suggest working on answering the phones, as I was never able to get through someone with that option. Overall I am happy with the service/company.
